  1. You must be the other one.... I have the mug so I "MUST" be the stig!
  2. That is probably one of the few cars I would replace the VR with!
  3. You did some miles in a short amount of time!
  4. Yeah it is 1 of the lads who works there... I think he may have been off here at some point but pops up from time to time on the DCO forums...
  5. I have KW V1's on mine... Cost £610 plus another £100 odd in new upper mounts etc and then another £80 odd for the 4 wheel alignment... Not cheap but definitely worth the cost... I use the car daily and can't see the point in having a crap ride and ruining the drive for the sake of a few hundred quid!! Only problems I have with the set up are that the ride is a bit choppy over bad back lanes and I catch the speedbump into work if I go over too quick!
  6. No just the Cat-Back, moving into a new place soon so have gone in money saving mode! The old suitcase box was starting to rot through and MOT is due next month so I managed to justify it to myself that way! :D
  7. Update: Milltek fitted! Pics up later! It sounds beautiful!
  8. I did yeah, turned out that the system wasn't bleed all too well and there was some air in the master servo! 2 minutes of bleeding it out and all was good! Have been out of the country with work so Milltek still not fitted but will make a plan come together for this week!
  9. Gave her a polish and wax, Picked up my 312mm discs from the dealer and ordered my cat-back Milltek!
  10. Have got some new toys en route! 312mm brake discs in hand a Milltek Cat-back due to be fitted next Friday! Whoop whoop!
  11. DG Autotech? Never heard about this? Good luck to the lads!
  12. you're always spotting corrados, its not fair, i never see any! *throws toys out of pram* :D[/quote:335eps46] I think he does around 400k miles a year! Must do for the size of area he covers for the spotted :D
  13. Any local meets you attend? Not really, should do tho! I sometimes go along to the Dub Club Oxford meets but I have found them quite cliquey and not always open to new faces... Some of the lads are spot on mind but quite a few won't give you the time of day I find....
  14. Plenty of C's in the area then, I'm around the corner in Wallingford!
  15. Legend has it that it is the new Mercedes SLK.... A few spotter websites on the net seem to agree... What ever it is, it sounds beautiful!
  16. Sweet!! Wish my body work was in as good a condition!
  17. The place is awesome! Every true petrolhead needs to try and get out there! You say that, I used to agree but I am really quite liking the Porsche! It's just massive tho!!
  18. Well I'm back from the Ring and the trip to Wolfsburg! For those of you who haven't been to either! I really advise it! This was my third time out at the ring and I still love it as much as when I first went out there!! Happy to report that the Corrado is still in one piece despite 1500 miles, 4 laps of the ring and 610 miles in one day!! Only a bit of oil used and that is all! On 158k now as well so am pretty chuffed! I'll let the photo's talk! There are a few! Enjoy!!
  19. Just thought I would say I was on the Nurburgring today! (again!!) It was AWESOME!!! Videos and photo's later! That is all!!
  20. Typically enough, Popped out a little bit ago and the head unit decides to give up the ghost!! It will come on and work well enough but won't play any sound! Poxy thing! Nevermind! It just so happens I shelled out £50 for an iPod adapter last week that I will now have to sell on as i'm sure any head unit I buy these days has iPod connectivity built in (probably through buying another adapter!!) Unless anyone can recommend a decent Pioneer unit for sensible cash that uses the CD-IB100dII adapter for the iPod?
  21. £41-90 from a dealer is good price, They are £43.59 from vw Spares!
