Mine will be the same as yours. Had a look on etka and the dash changed beginning of August 92, mine was built in August so ties in. -
Took this photo a while back of my dash when I had the glovebox out......I think I must have one of the first new style dashes.

Oettinger RE's on the first pic, those are my new wheels when the factory finally stop striking! I think they are going to look rather good. Defo different cars, note the american spec front bumper on the one with split rims.

I'm no expert on the fans i'm afraid as I was lucky it was just the fan switch and didnt need to go any deeper. Have a read of the last post by Henny http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... fan+switch it may help. The fan controller is black box next to the windscreen washer tank, check the chunky fuse there. Sorry I cant be anymore help. Not totally sure on how much its been lowered by, I guess 60 to 70mm. I have raised it by 10mm of late which has improved the ride a fair bit. Coilovers are the best way to go if you can afford that little bit more. Its nice to be able to play with ride height and damping to get it looking and riding just as you want it. Cheers Andy -

Have you tested the fan as Henny suggested?? It could be the fan controller thats not working for you. -

its the spring asist for opening the boot. Basically when you open the boot with your thumb, this little device pops open the boot so you can get your fingers under the boot to lift it. I take them off and chuck them in the bin though, you have to really slam the boot to get it to close with it fitted. Now I just drop the boot lid from a few inches and it closes effortlessly. I say junk it and fit a grommet in its place.

Still interested....... -
My drivers side window has the rear plastic guide missing, it should be glued to the glass but is no where to be seen. I have had a look on etka and the part is not availiable seperatly from the glass. Anyone got any glues on where to get one? Without the plastic guide it rattles in most positions except for the full up position.

Love it all except for the rear mate, just not me cuppa as they say. I need to see it in the flesh as some of the body work details look great. Not seen a ground breaking C in the way of subtile mods since J Derks G60 over in Holland (sure I have the spelling wrong there!

Get a garage to do the rears! Unless you want to sweat blood and tears!

Talking of self amalgamating tape.... I have some black stuff that I got from a Yacht Chandlers, but its not so great in the engine bay if it gets hot. Is there such a thing a a high temp self amalgamating tape? And if so where would I be able to get some?
