  1. He's got both and TT comps, he's worse than me
  2. half inch, its the fact it curves back in which adds to the illusion of it looking a little deeper.
  3. I wouldn't go for too wide a dish or the offset would be mad. I would think no more than an extra inch on the dish ie 1.5" which gives an 8.5x17 wheel with an offset of ET 21 will be wide enough, they would look cool and have a deep enough look to them without compromising handling or fit. This is a pic of some 15s I had with 1.5" dish, works for me :) I think body coloured centres would look cool too.
  4. How many are left that aren't as rough as a badger's arse.
  5. Mine are striped red and clear
  6. I understand what you are saying but after the lights were tinted I originally used standard bulbs which gave very much a red look but it was far more orange once I changed to green. Not sure on the science but it works, mine are stiped with some of the tinting less heavy but red nontheless.
  7. Heres the owner i'm not going to tease him about it being a bodykit
  8. Yeh, the picture was from the Saturday at BVF 2004
  9. and the coupes either side of it aren't bad either
  10. This Rallye belongs to a friend, and now its just had a 20v turbo fitted from a 225bhp Audi TT. Already featuring a Snappy Gaitors full leather Recaro trim in Terracotta, Genesis ICE and Polished Porsche 928 rims its one cool car. With talks of a bigger IHI turbo this thing class.
  11. I think you'd have been better advised to think about this before buying the Corrado. To answer your question if you were entirely happy with Cabriolet ownership would you have started looking for the C in the first place.
  12. I have previously tinted my own lights. Use the shop bought tinting spray, clean thouroughly (leave the original red areas untouched just do orange and clear) build up gradually with multiple light applications and t-cut back to get a nice smooth shiny standard look finish. On the ones on my car they were done professionally as I asked them to mask along the lines on the lights leaving orange strips between for the indicators. Once the masking was removed they applied a further light coat of red over the finished product to cover the orange ( this is optional you can leave the orange in place. Use green tinted bulbs for best results. Heres a pic with the 'stripes' left in amber as on Asim's car..
  13. green stained glass paint from arts and craft shop. TOP TIP :rainbowafro:

  17. Its fine as long as you aren't ham fisted, just start gently and evenly over the entire surface and monitor the progress wiping clean as you go along until you reveal a shinier more transparent OE style finish
