I have a set (I think, OZ white 5 spokes anyway) of 16s 5 x 100 in white but need a refurb, but he centre bore is for Subaru, so adaptors are needed, I've not weighed them but they do seem light

If you google the part nos on the springs you may turn up what the fitment is. I sold a pair of rears that came fitted to some konis I bought before selling them on. I've been waiting for those wheels to hit the for sale section......... -

Check the spoilers fuse, I'm sure someone else in the past has said the immob and spoiler are on the same circuit?

Don't be tempted to bend the casting, its likely it will break. Coat the rag in grease and any fillings that find there way onto it will stick to it and not fall into the engine on removal of the rag. Chin up :)

Are the pins are in the top cover bent? Lay it on a flat surface to check. If straight you could run a drill down (or use a round needle file) the lower plate to true up the holes if the cover is not too distorted. Keep at it, every day is a school day, you learn more from when things go wrong than when they're straight forward. :)

Whoever you use 2 hours labour to strip asses the damage would be worthwhile(presuming you can remove the gearbox yourself)? You may then be able to salvage some of what's left to sell on even if you do go the haldex route

Why not have your current gearbox stripped and inspected by Stealth? I'd have thought it unlikely all gears would be damaged?

When the wipers wont sweep put 12V to the motor to prove the motor is OK

Do the wipers park at the bottom of the screen when they fail or at random?

The coil reader around the ignition switch is the most likely culprit if the spare key doesn't improve things, check its plug for cleanliness / security. Cheapest starting point too

It wont cure that issue anyway. Dim - dip, ignition off one click of the headlamp switch puts side lights on, 2nd click puts dipped beam on (or main beam if selected by the column switch. Dim - dip with ignition on, one click puts on dipped beam on with reduced voltage via a wire wound resistor (reduces the voltage to the dipped beam bulb), 2nd click puts on dipped beam with full voltage.

Have you tried a spare key? Do you have other car keys on the same keyring that could be being locked out by the factory immob? I'm sure Stealth can remove the immob from your ECU if you post it to them - phone first. Does the car cut out once on the move or fail to start from rest?

You have to disconnect the dim - dip resistor when you fit an updated loom otherwise you can't select side lights and with the ignition on

What sensors off the old engine haven't you transferred to the new one?

I'd check the condition of the belt first and its tension. Jack the car up and see where the leak is coming from

You'll never know for sure, but they're stretch bolts, made to stretch once only and then be replaced, personally I wouldn't have reused them as the potential cost far out weighs the cost of the bolts.

Single line as far as I'm aware, but you can stack them as high as you like
