  1. I used to get a similar if not even better service from my local beemer dealer. Used to go in 9-10 years ago with my E30 316i Touring and they would treat me no different from someone that came in with an M3 or 7 series! At service time they would offer me a 3 series coupe or any demo car I wanted as a courtesy car. Or I could have a lift back to my home or work (10 miles away). Or I could stay in their customer 'office' and work from there with free phone calls and internet until my car was ready. Literally outstanding service! Matt
  2. LOL I think I can live with that! What do you reckon I thought they would maybe look good in bronze. But probably better in black
  3. Again that is interesting. So if I can find some 2nd hand ones cheap enough..... :norty: Learining lots from this thread thanks all. Matt
  4. Cheers mate. That is what I need someone that has already done all the leg work! :notworthy: So the Koni TA and H&R is still stiffer than your current set up? :norty: That is interesting. I really think Im just gonna go for it and get the V3's sounds like its worth the investment. Any comment on how long you think they last with mixed driving? Plus do KW offer a refurb service, rather than them having to be scrapped? Cheers Matt
  5. LOL See how I replied to you first over Kevs post  bouncy bouncy every time! :norty:
  6. You are both homosexuals! Sorry I have been drinking and am on mucho cough mixture :drinking:
  7. Good timing I have just logged on  Great work as well! Thank you loads for that. Not sure about the colour but Im kinda feelin the motorsport kinda look. And I know Im lovin the 6 kilos per wheel 8) Thanks again :notworthy: Lookin at it again and bein picky I could do with the back wheel on the front as well, But I can get the idea  :norty: Matt
  8. Love it! Just been looking at your website that looks good as well. Wish I had some spare money to throw at a loopy 550bhp VR6 Turbo conversion
  9. Cheers John Well I was considering PSS9's at one point so that is helpful. I currently run just the Koni TA's and part of me thinks i should just swap the Eibach springs to Pi or H&R and see how I go with that set up. But then that is going to be £300 fitted and to 4 year old dampers :? Matt
  10. Id pop into your local prestige car dealer and see who they use. They tend to have someone local to tidy up dents and paint on used motors.
  11. They would be 16 inch. Be really appreciated if anyone has five minute to spare. Will keep it as simple as possible with the pics for you so...... These:2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfexige4_1024.jpg[/attachment:12h153af] On to this please:DSC00425.JPG[/attachment:12h153af] Many Thanks Matt
  12. LOL I was jut thinking about doing exactly that so you have just saved me 15 minutes of my time  I will try and take some pics of the ABT catalogue I have at home. It is quite an early one though so doesnt have any of my bits :( LOL. Has the side exit exhaust though and OZ Turbo wheels etc etc 8)
  13. Ooo Tonka toytastic! Nice if it is a proper VS10 373bhp and 634 ftlbs
  14. Oh great so you like all the stuff that isnt on my car and hate the remaining stuff that is
  15. I'd consider a nice pair of boobies :norty:
  16. So exactly when were you going to mention this to me then, hey Kev? Just as well I am skint this month or I would have been having a right old whinge at ya! That does inspire me with a bit more confidence though. I can actually visualise them working for me now with the softer spring rates! Just hope AMD will do that option at the same price inc free fitting. Best get saving then  Oh one last thing how well do they last? How long have you had yours and over how many miles? Ta Matt
  17. Ah cool 2 pipes in one hole :norty: Or is that two holes in one pipe
  18. What does the tail pipe look like, any pics? Matt
  19. It is a shame they dont offer discounts on the older cars say over 10 or 12 years old. That way they could keep them in the dealer network. Porsche used to do a similar thing when my mum had her 944S2 Cab. And although they were not cheap they were at least competetive with GSF etc. They used to offer some good servicing deals as well.
  20. Thought I would add some pics, add yours if you have them please
  21. Mine when almost new used to have 17 inch wheels, coilovers, front grill and spoiler, badging. It still has a carbon look glovebox and 'Storm' gearlever surround which I have not seen on anyones car since. Bought an ABT brochure from Ebay the other day as well and that had such exciting stuff as side exit exhausts! So just wondered if anyone had any interesting bits or indeed a whole ABT tuned car? Matt
  22. Sounds like a bit of an arse! Hope you get it all sorted soon. Should certainly handle a bit better 8) I used to feel the same about the CCGB club many many moons ago. Felt very flat cap and rug on the back parcel shelf when I used to go to meets. Lots of talk about the forthcoming Sunday lunch but not much car talk  BUT that was a long time ago and I am sure the new revised club is a different kettle of fish 8) Hope so anyway! Do love the way your car looks mate. The grey is lurvely. Get flash backs to staring at a grey one at a VW dealer in Bristol on the comp 8 years ago when I was looking for one. Wish I had made the effort to do the 300 mile round trip to look at it now! LOL
