Daves16v has one as well. Carbonio or bmc are best for the VR IMHO. The bmc isn't great on some engines such as the 1.8t, but works really well on the VR.

Fitted the spacers today... Very pleased with the results- just need the proper profile tyres now.

Have you still got the original switch? You can just swap the outer casing over. I've got a spare with no outer casing and needs a new bulb. Works perfectly though. Wouldn't want much for it if you're interested.

First port of call is the little circlip on the side of the gearstick. Lift up the gaiter and make sure it's still there. Pence from VW if you need a new one.

They seem a bit hit and miss TBH. Seem to effect different cars differently. Did quite a bit of research on audi-sport though, and the concensus was that 12lb is the key ;)

Will get some before and after pics as soon as I get the spacers fitted. Having trouble with the centre caps. Still can't find a spanner :(
