Yes it's a VR Ray . Not standard either , I have quite a few mods . I'm 45 , driving since 1988 . I have a classic policy with 3000 miles . As we've all said Ray they make it up as they go along ! .

As above, there should be three fuses iirc on the loom.

Have you checked all the connections on the loom ? also the fuses ?. Im no auto electrician but i doubt one of the relays has gone .

Morning chaps . I had my rollers and window strips replaced a while back . everything was fine . Now they are worse then ever ! . It sounds like the glass is hitting on the mechanism that drives the windows up and down ?. Was there any padding of some sort that fitted to it ?. A friend who fits out campers did it for me , as i have mentioned on my members build thread , it was at a time where i had ,had the door cards off so many times with leaks and lock problems . It got on my nerves and i didnt want to do the job , especialy with the cost of the window strips ,i didnt want to fit them myself . The strips are obviously where they are meant to be . If you go over the warning raised strips on the road the windows sound like a drum roll !. Any help appreciated would be appreciated . Kind regards . Rob

Mine came in at £240.00 plus admin fee and the usual b&@@")cks .i went with Adrian flux in the end . Always been with performance direct , but they wanted £308.00 .Obviously I have to take in to account a fair few mods . So not a bad price .

My brother in law is thinking of chopping in his RS5 and getting the M4 . As you say they ain't cheap !
