'it was acceptable in the 80's!' Love the 928, will be that or a 968 that I get as my next toy, once the raddo has done its time. Tempest- What's th deal with 928 prices though, the range is huge, almost 10k. I know you get what you pay for like most things, but is there a certain year or engine to avoid?

Ordered these a few weeks back, all good :)

Found a few pics on the net of the silver vacuum sticker on the underside of the bonnet (wouldnt look quite right on the outside!) near the catch, there is a large flat area.

Second for Gtechniq C5 you won't beat it, sounds expensive for the amount you get, but one application will last easy 12 months. Get it on whilst your wheels are still new, and they will stay that way. No need for expensive wheel cleaners either, soapy water does the job. Problem with waxes is that they don't like high temps and brake dust has a tendency to burn through wax.

Welcome Pav :) Pics pics pics!

So how do you sell things EnthusiastOwned? Give everyone your payment details and first deposit in your account gets the goods? Must get confusing?! The guy can't pay if he's not given the details to do so, and I doubt Kev would have given both buyers his payment details. So the original buyer can't do much more then say he'll have it, he was shafted!

Mine, Swiftkid, with the stickers Robrado mentions

A 94' corrado 16v, 90k, two owners, FSH, T&T for £380. An old chap was selling due to his wife no longer wanting to drive it. It was listed in 'car parts & accessories'. Felt a little bit guilty, but I did take a chance on it, turned out to be a very nice car. Oh and a Momo steering boss for 99p + £4 postage :)
-
Certainly looks a 'good' one that's for sure! I'll keep an eye out for it tomorrow :)

Mate I brought the clear blue coloured one that stonejag mentions above for the same reason, to further investigate an abs fault. It was fine with engine faults though would not access the abs controller. I then invested in a gen ross cable, that was obviously fine, but........... I've since found out that the cheap cable only needs some certain port changes on the lap top to allow it to work with the abs controller! See- http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?56482-ABS-VAG-COM-too-many-communications-error And it works too!!! ---------- Post added at 7:04 PM ---------- Previous post was at 7:03 PM ---------- First thing to check mind would be to see if you have the correct connector under the gator cover.

Replaced my old pealing ones at the weekend. Good quality and perfect size, smartens things up nicely ;)

Wedge the 1L bottle somewhere in the engine bay, then use a flexible tube/hose down to the gearbox fill plug. You will have to give the hose a quick suck to get the oil moving, so careful not to get a mouthful of gear oil! Keep adding to the original bottle then you won't need to do anymore sucking when changing the bottles over. Keep an eye on the fill hole and once it trickles out your about done :) And as G-Lad said, make sure you can remove the fill plug before you drain.....really stiff!!
-
Have mine hooked up to a C-Tek MXS5 through the winter, after many drained batteries, really is a great bit of kit- just wire up the terminals then plug in when parked up for the duration.

Haha thats great, I was wondering how he was going to get out! :)
