Looks good mate. If the styling dont get you any attention, you could always get a couple of people in the back playing the dholki!

Agree with Henny, sounds like indicator relay is stuck hence the light is glowing, but its not switching. Supercharged, the alarm sends its own positive voltage to power the indicators, so it doesnt work off the indicator relay

Yesturday, washed it....drove it!

Try using a new/different lighter socket and see if it does the same thing

All you need now is some bull bars :D

Would fitting a LSD, make the traction more compareable (if not better) to a Rallye?

Likewise mate, Glasgow is kinda lively at night, enough activity going on, didnt manage to find 'garage' but just chilled after that. Theres not much that can go missing by changing the window, theres only two 10mm bolts which hold the window to the regulator (is the case with corrado) unless something is caught up inside the mechanism. Best to strip it and have a look.

did you clean the window rubber of all left over glass? sometimes the glass can get stuck in the channels and causes friction.

I have'nt driven a Honda S2000 or Civic Type R properly yet. I do think the 2.0 VTec engine as used in these would be impressive. As for the 1.6 Vtec B16A JDM Civic i used to own, the engine was rev happy, but the pushed back sensation was nowhere as good as my standard g60 or any vr6 i've been in. But why get worked up bout BHP, Torque ETc when we driving one of the most desirables made around.......how many people have you met that say, "i always liked those" or "i always wanted to get one"?

Could have been a fox, but i know what type of fox i want on my bonnet ;)

quite a long list cant comment without looking and checking the components looks like ignition switch re the dash lights. You need auto electrician to check the car out, sounds like you got bad wiring and/or bad earths. Is that 3 front or rear tyres? if its front it could be camber/tracking out of allignment or other suspension parts, bushes.mounts etc is it standard or does it have lowering springs Lupo wipers can fit, do a search as there is a big thread on this. You may need new knob for seat as plastic may have fatigued on which it grips. Is there no heating in the car? the heater matrix would cause puddle in car if it is bust, unless it is bypassed. PM Biggrim he could give you details of Star garage who specialise in VW's and can look at it for you HTH Majik

Henny i know what you mean about the torque aspect, but i do give respect to this certain MK1 and am impressed with the power, good to know that the 20vT got some good competition coming thier way :D
-
If you mean the little metal strip below the headlights and runs the whole width across, its part of the front panel not available seperately.

Whereabouts in essex are you?

Why is that Dennis? alot of people splice into the existing o2 sensor wires.

I am in the process of getting a batch shipped over from USA/far east and trying to get a good price for forum members. I've seen a few going on Ebay, personally i like the autometer style with led's verticle in the middle, not too flash but does the job. What style do people like and who would be willing to get one? Price to be confirmed but im trying to get end price of below £30 plus p&p. £20 would be the ideal price (to forum members) What do you guys think, or are there places in uk that sell them at that sort of price, which doesnt make it worth my while.

Dont like stonechips :D willwoll100, im based in Woodford, North East London -
I'll second that Henny, i also changed my switch to one from GSF and it doesnt feel as tactile as my 12 year old original one. If you can hear clicking try cleaning up the earths too, because this problem normally occurs if a there isnt enought juice in the battery or the circuit isnt completeing due to bad earth. HTH

Try the belt as gaving suggested, or else it may be air in the pas system, im not too sure how to bleed it, but you can take the cap off the pas resevoir and turn the steering from lock to lock a few times, worked with my rover.

Nice going, not trying to steal your limelight but done a few similar trips Had to make a quick trip to manchester a couple of years back, that was around 500 miles, left at 8 in the evening and got back by 3.30am approx, done Manchester to Glasgow a couple of times (not in corrado) which is 700 miles all within half a days work. -
Hello and Welcome Sarah. Which part of UK are you from?

Possibly a new Volkswagen Contact I hope!

I was just going to say, i would be worrying more about sundays lol. The motor industry is as bad as it gets, if your current job pays well stick with it. The best you will get out of a dealership will be a demo car and discount on parts! Good luck though anyway! -
Where was the lambda bought from, who fitted it? reason im asking is if the connections may have worked themselves loose, so double check the connections. Apart from that you need to check other usual suspects, fuel, ignition, airflow etc. Could it be possible that something got disturbed whilst the lambda was being fitted?
