Is this query particular to 17x9 or 9 inch wheels in general? as you know Alex im running 16x9 with 215 stretched to fit. I had alot of rubbing on the rear arches and the tyres have been getting grated, i got extreme to roll the lip back in may and that has reduced the rubbing but not stopped it. Also there is a build up of rust because of lip being folded back. So now im getting the arch pushed out with a tool which rolls back and fourth along the wheel arch (similar to the one in the golf magazine DIY section) and get the remainder of the lip grinded off, then seal the inside with underbody sealer to see off the rust.

Yes it is, there a crosshead screw that is at the top of the filter is this cant be undone then the whole bracket can come off...2x 17mm nuts. The clips on mine were non reuseable so if may be worth buying some jublee clips to prevent urself geting caught out.

Just a quick tip before you attempt to replace the fuel filter, soak the screw in Plus Gas for a day, its very likely that the screw is rusty and will round off and it will be better to replace it with a bolt. I did mine on sunday and there is no way that screw would undo so i had to take the clip off which goes around the fuel filter and have held it on with cable ties untill the new clip comes through

I personally wouldn't recommend drilling the rear disks you might weaken the structure, but then again theres not alot of pressure on them. Are you thinking of drilling them urself or a machining company to do them

Finally got round to doing this job yesturday, The discs went on no probs but the caliper wasnt fitting when both new pards were fitted. I winded the caliper all the way back on both sides but it seemed impossible, so i had to re-use one old pad untill i get this sorted. I bought rear brembo discs and pagid pads can anyone confirm the part numbers for these?

So whats so special about this one? is it covered in leather or beige carpet?
