The CTR is a fairly quick car, but an experienced driver in a tuned g60 will be able to kick ass. The Corrado is definately a slow car from standstill acceleration hence crap 1/4 mile times, you need to go the twisty roads where you slow down and accelerate again then its gonna be a good race

How about using one of them nitrogen fire extinguishers, instead of the freezer?

it seems like the scrolls have been chopped and ground down and there are six holes for letting more air in, but the the apex strips would need to be shorter and also the ends filled in, so my guess may be wrong :?

Right, below the top mount, there on the thread of the damper there is what acts like a nut, its round with two slots cut out, i think it might be refered to as a threaded bush, i think the koni's have their own spring platform and use a nut instead, which explains why you may not have encountered it, but i did as i was changing over just the springs.

Theres a special tool needed for un-doing the a certain nut, but some people use a hammer and chisel to get that nut off, not me though i got the proper tool! 8)

Yeah i will sort some pictures out when i find the bits, the window switches (i tihnk the mirrors too) have different wiring plugs so you need to chop and change, not hard. Alex (Aposegil) has done this conversion so he knows best

theres also a bracket which the door handle screws unto which is needed for the conversion

yup i'd go with air leak too, maybe they left out a gasket on the inlet manifold, or loose vacuum

i was going to say valve stem seals but i guess it would be included in the headset -
the other alternative would be to get a smart repair done which would cost around £50-£100 and they blend in the paint around the scratch

8) the lights are LED sidelights fitted into the centre beam housing, there are quite a few sets on ebay, u need mk3 or bulb holders from later cars to house the bulbs in

the 2.9 vr6 and (higline 2.8) give 190 bhp not 174 thats a first 8)

Metallic paint doesnt allow scratches to be polished out unfortunately. I think its worth £2000............cash of course :lol:
