My new Kamei grill (thanks to banana man)....needs painting still but just wanted to get the fitting holes in the right place first!! Gonna look cool i reckon 8) oh the yellow is because banana man had it all painted ready for fitting...partyly rubbed down now...my mate at the body shop will finish it off though. fitting was pretty easy actually... just got 4 screws in at the moment but i'll do a couple more after its all painted up. and the biggest change (and the most exciting for me :lol: ) will be under here

right im trying to merge a couple of my threads so these pics are a repeat of what has been seen before... Well i have finally pulled my finger out and booked my car in for some tidy up work. several spots of rust on the body, colour coded number plate surround and a new exhaust and a new Kamei eyebrow and a black VW badge. Here are the pics. Before on the left After on the right. AFTER > AFTER > AFTER > (im told the rust left on the bottom of the door is nothing to worry about :roll: ) AFTER > AFTER > AFTER > AFTER > EXHAUST > EXHAUST > EXHAUST > PAINT > There all updated...just need to finish my rear lights now! all work was done by the guy that sprayed my old CRX and was £450

thanks that'd be grand....or a scan of the instructions would be even grander :lol: fitting kit is probably just some self tapper screws anyway :roll:

i bought it second hand (allthough its unused) so no instructions....would appreciate a scan if you have them

i really like the black one but only the skirts and the front bumper.... NOT THE NASTY GRILL! so the skirts are pretty straight forwards....but the bumper? looks like its just a bit that goes ontop of the standard one?? what about the back of the car....is there a different rear bumper atall?

well it would be a problem if i bonded it on!! thats all i wanted to know. i'll make sure i dont bond it now then. cheers

yeah mine is being colour coded...but does is obstruct getting the lights out??

i just got one of these....does it srcew into the lights then?? does it mean you have to take the eyebrow off to remove the lights in future??? cheers (ps notice how i did a search and posted in an old thread instead of just starting a new one :roll: :wink: )

wow...why you stripping it?? erm...do you have the later type fog lights (un cracked) by any chance? passenger side electric window motor (would this be the same as a vr6???) later style passenger side electric window switch (from the door pod not the door card) cheers

my friend just contacted the police and gave them the fake cheque...wonder if its the same person or many people running similar scams?

looking at £800 + for the 2 mods though!

2 of my friend have had the same thing....one trying to sell an Audi A4 and they sent hime a cheque for £10k and asked for the £5k remainder to be fowarded!!!! the other happened today with a friend selling a focus. Just thought id add those cause this isnt one of the *HOAX* scams that gets sent around and worries people needlessley....this actually does happen!!

dont write in caps lock please! sounds like your shouting! exuast and filter will cost about £400 roughly and would probably get you 5-10bhp max. AMD remap is supposed to be about 10-12 bhp and is £400 is Throtle body is also about £400 but not sure of the gains Schrick will give power and torque increase but there £1500 new. £800 ish on ebay when they become available on there which isnt very often

big bar??? you mean the carrier? heres a question....bbs solitudes and speedline vr6 wheels....they both go over standard brakes (obviously) but are they exactly the same space inside???

they wont clear the front calipers??? have you upgraded the brakes already then or is that the standard calipers you cant clear??? thought bigger wheels would go over them easily?

pretty sure that would be an over optimistic speedo to be honest could you get away with a rolling start at 30mph in 3rd then with the schrick do you think??
