I know, when I first read it I thought “ sounds like he’s 13 having his first finger fumble. 😂😂😂
-
What exactly does “and everything” mean 😂😂
-
You could get a spacer bored to 56mm and 57.1 I’ll get a photo later of my spacers on the 17’s. 17’s offer a lot more grip but aren’t very speed bump friendly
-
If these are what you are going for I would allow for 5-6mm spacers and longer bolts. as the wheels are the same size ( 6.5” wide) as standard speedlines but bigger et they will sit 6mm further in and may catch your coil overs, it will look funny even if they bolt on without catching anything on think. My 17” BBS have spacers to punch them out a bit.
-
The bigger the et the more it’s sits into the arch. The smaller the number the more the wheel pushes out of the arch. That why wheels with big lips/dishes generally have a low offset and rub your arch’s

How much did the recon ones set you back
-
Can’t see that working again

I meant can I have your adapter please
-
What make rear sensors did you fit? I’ve heard some are intermittent
-
Can I have that please

When it’s cold it doesn’t take a signal from the maf.

They aren’t the same size I’m sure Dizzy ones are longer as it sticks out more and a longer lead to get to the bottom of it. It must be to justify a run they just do a one fits all pack.
-
Bosch just make one set for the Corrado now, like Keyo says it’s so they fit a distributor or coil pack. I found the Bosch ones just a bit long for the coil pack and looked a bit untidy. There won’t be any difference on the aaa to ABV as they are the same head, coil pack and plastic trim

They were about £90 each delivered.

The ones I’ve fitted were TRW , BHN202 & BHN203. Both brand new OEM Lucas in a TRW box. If you ever bought a track rod end from the VW dealer they sold you a TRW one. Dox you appear to be right about the description I gave, but that’s what one of the sellers on eBay listed it as. I suppose I got lucky they fit and work, and they do work real good and the handbrake is now ace. I thought they might do though going by the handbrake bracket which is the early type. I’ve since gone on TRW’s website and they are to fit amongst other things a range of mark 4 golf estates, so you seem to be correct in thinking they had a larger piston in the estates as well, hats off sir.
-
Corrado cable ends on the left or like mine can be just a ball. I think the brackets on the callipers you have are for cables shown on the right, where a bigger gap is required. It’s a bloody mine field sometimes.
-
Well done fla. the ends on the handbrake cables seem too small for those calliper handbrake bracket though. The gap for those cable ends should only be about 3-4mm, just big enough for the cable to pass through. I bought a couple of return springs for a fiver too, easy enough to clip on and don’t half make the handbrake mech feel sorted
-
Apparently they are to fit a 98-01 octavia vrs 4x4
-
I’ve got 41mm pistons on mine. Off a Skoda vrs estate I think. Ordered TRW and brand new Lucas came. What make are yours Fla. TRW BHN203 is the right rear one with 41mm piston
-
I purchased these, no problems at all. What did you get Fla
-
Agree with blue, very strange. I only put Shell in mine if I can help it.

That can only help with insurance valuations. Get a screen shot of the ended listing and date sold.
