Did you put a new rad switch in to fix the only stage 3 fan issue. -

After being messed about on eBay. ( if you buy a Lucas one you get a Lemark box with a coil pack with no name or markings on it, in it. I got a Beru ( German) one from AVS. more expensive than ebay but at least some one has stamped their name on it and it comes packaged properly. But generally German made is longer lasting than Chinese. Pays your money takes your chance. Bla bla.

Owning a performance car or classic just becoming difficult
1xshaunx1 replied to corrado_sunderland's topic in Off-topic Chat
I blame the people that lend money and dangle carrots to the gullible. There's a lot to be said for as mentioned " living with in your means" I would also say I've spent less on Corrado ownership than I did do on newer "better" cars but went back to Corrado's. If you like to tinker and have somewhere to play over the years you can save thousands. -
Do lots of praying first

Can you adapt an OBD1 VR6 (94 6 PIN MAF) to run later 4 pin MAF?

I think you'd need the later ecu and coil pack. Might as well go obd2 -

I've got one. I don't think it's perfect send me your email and I'll dig it out and send you some pics.

Me too. Totally agree with Dox

I think you've been brave enough. I wouldn't rev that any more. I had a landrover make that noise. Little end bearings and crank. I think it needs some real love and cash. Good luck mate sounds proper portly.

Bargain !!!! I agree distance is nothing. I did a 400 mile round trip last Sunday to get some parts for my non working corrado.

Any Corrado-experienced workshops in Worcestershire?

I think stealth would struggle to turn it around quickly. I spoke to him the other day and he is pulled out with work at the mo -
Getting hold of an unbroken one is getting harder and harder. £500 is a bit much. £200 - £300 I would think these days for a fully working one. There are lots of people with broken sunroofs, it all depends how bad you want yours to work and how much time you want to spend on it.

Happy your happy mate

All late bumpers are the same no matter what model. It's the year not the model with front and rear bumpers. The fog light and indicators are different fitting as well as the lip line

If you drive in to AP TYRES ROTHERHAM They lend you some wheels and tyres while they refurb yours. £50 a wheel. They did the wife's beetle wheels last year. Looked good too.
