Need passengers door handle for my early 16v. Mine has broken in a place that is not covered with the repair kit. With lock & key if possible, but can swap my barrel & key over if needed. Needed quite urgently :) Cheers!

Got a picture? I honestly cant remember without seeing a picture, from when I did mine, however IIRC the block connectors are built in a way that means they are fairly obvious as to which block they plug into? I could be wrong though. Are we talking about the Heater control plug, Cigarette lighter plug, Stereo plug etc??? Or the ones at the top of the dash with the rear heated windscreen, fog lights etc?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with cheaper roof rack systems for the Rado? Im basically after a set of bars to be able to strap a small inflatable boat to my roof, along with a few other bits from time to time, but I dont want to spend a fortune on Thule systems etc... Right, I was planning to make this as it is a friday evening after all, however my drivers door has no decided to stop unlocking. So currently I am clambering in through the passengers door, and getting out via the drivers window as the car locks itself back up after about 30 seconds (enough time to get in the passengers side). Although the embarassment alone of doing this doesnt realy bother me - I believe I am simply bringing a little ammusement to onlookers' days, the safety aspect of carrying Mrs Meth in the metal box is enough to make me think twice. So will have to pass again, until the door allows itself to unlock so I can open it and rip the door card off to find the problem (which will undoubtedly be a nicely corroded wire hidden somewhere).

Is the rack reconditioned? Or just an old rack bolted on and painted? Just because mine is quite slack so very very very tempted by this!

The answer is yes, almost anything can be made to fit. Where though is anyones guess!

Ahhhh my curiosity has beaten me, although im not holding out much hope. Red 1.8 16v G575 DDF. Bought from a guy in wales back in March 2009. I did have his email address a while back but since lost it as I never received any replies.

Im confused - Have you created a page? Are you asking for suggestions on how to create such a page? Are you intending to use this thread as your page? Im very confuddled! Personally I am in 2 minds if I would want to know history about my car, yeah it would be lovely to track it back to its first sale - but what would I gain from it? Possibly learning something horrific that was better left unknown? Or on the other side of the scale, learning that it had 15 owners and that they all owned it and have many photo's each of how my car was 10 years ago? Ie. Nothing like it is now? Im not sure, I would love to have a photo of my car when it was collected from the shop for the first time, but after that - to me it kind of feels like getting in contact with your g/f's ex's... why would I want to know she was with a 6'4" well structured man?
