agree with that comment, but you obviously lost motivation as you were driving around in a very nice corrado anyway
-

-
nothing in it mate, will be cranking the boost up next year beacause cant have them sort of cars keeping up can we 8)
-
think i will be ordering 10 litres of 10w50 later then, stock up :D
-
 thanks, try and take lots of pics when i do stuff, i like to see what people get up to :) and i havent raced many things, x1 2005 BMW M3, x2 Honda type R's, x2 Audi RS4's, Merc AMG and a saxo  but like you say, people in them sort of cars are no fun anyway, cant wait to see you car on the road, will be a beast!!!

sounds good to me!! dont get me wrong he did pull away a bit, but barely, he must of looked in his mirror and thought WTF? thats what having a corrado VRT is all about, cant beat it
-
looks amazing, keep up the good work!! :salute:

all good fun, and your maths seem spot on Kev  and driving 170 on our roads just isnt realistic im sure you would agree, be good fun though!! i know what you mean about getting to 140ish and it slowing down a bit, be nice to pull hard all the way to 160 wouldnt it bet that 911 was awesome, would like to of seen that little race!!
-
just a quick update, nothing special, just had a race a couple days ago with one of these; merc.JPG[/attachment:354kenj1] the guy was on his own and i had the mrs and her brother, and this thing could barely pull away  so i obviously come home and googled them, the 2006 Merc CLS55 AMG is 470bhp  i would of easily kept up if i was on my own to, so was pretty chuffed!! its the only car to pull away from me so far, and that was only slightly :)
-
no worries, good luck, im sure you will get them out!!
-
i would be tempted to try a 2000 grit wet sand and then use this polish http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing ... d_215.html on a polish/cutting pad... or it probly would work out cheaper to buy one 2nd hand
-
defo buy a new one, you can send it back in 3 years if it breaks, they are pretty good to be honest
-
should machine polish out, not sure what polish would work best though, im sure most would depending on the depth...
-
think i will be picking up a copy tomorrow to
-
would love to hear your reasons  looks a good condition mk2 though, white is the colour which is doing it for me to at the min!!
-
well said :salute:
-
you will want more power though  you have a decent N/A bhp but you now want a supercharger, then soon you will spend loads of money trying to squeeze a few more bhp out of it again, and still you will want more power.... if you have the money go turbo, im running a slow VRT and dont feel the need to go faster, i know maybe next year i will be going for more boost, but only beacause i can 8) i havent come up against something that is faster than mine, so there isnt a need to go faster and faster
-
 not sure if im going to be there yet though mate, will see nearer the time!!
-
i use this karcher pressure washer http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/p ... ARCHER.htm the snow lance is this http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-a ... d_371.html snow foam is this http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/S ... _5L_1.html if you look at the picture i have with the snow lance, there is 2 bits of tape on it, i fill to the top of the first bit with snow foam and then up to the 2nd bit of tape with turtle waz shampoo to bulk it out (it was £3 for 5 litres at asda) it is very good foam though and you dont really need the shampoo to be fair.

it would be a good job, dont know about in the winter unless you have a heated unit to work in. And i would be exactly the same, i cant do a quick clean
-
thats what i thought, then some arse hole just parks in your bumper to piss you off (check my members thread) :bad-words:

didnt put any wax on. Will be putting 2 layers of fk1000p at the wkend when i have done the whole car  as i was using only speeds 1 and 3 on the MAC (it has 9 speeds), i will up the speed and apparently i will get the finish im after with what i have already. So looking forward to giving it another go!! and like you say, i will give it a go over with the SRP still, after using the pro polish i have
