  1. nah sorry, i only know they are £56.20 each, and the UK stock is low... i would ring your nearest dealer and they will get them in 2 days, plus will be cheaper
  2. very expensive, and they wont be for sale long either as VW are definately stop making them soon, they may be geting rid of the last stock now...
  3. you mean the roof mouldings each side?? vw £56 each, only a few left in the country, wont be many soon as im buying some... veedubmachine (ebay) £126 pair, dont know if gsf do them??
  4. at surrey rolling road day on saturday paid 35 quid for RR, varies though i would imagine...

  11. yeah, im thinking i will try and remove them before it goes to have some bodywork done, so they can touch up any bits that need doing at the same time... might give a hair dryer a blast
  12. as title, how can i remove the side bump moulding strips easily?? do i need to heat them with something??

  15. thanks a lot kev, put my mind at rest now!! i let it warm to over 90 degrees before putting my foot down, normally 96, then put the fan on and off i go :D

  17. yeah ok, will try and arrange a day off then, looking ahead will be something like the 28th, will give you a ring nearer the time, and get the guys next door to do the tyres, sounds spot on!!
  18. decided againts the R32 conversion in the end and i have brought Marcus' VRT :grin: its running 0.7 bar, and only got 294bhp Saturday, but was a hot day... just wondering if you guys would be able to diagnose it, have a look at the car in general and make sure everything is ok. Plus would love some advice on all things VRT as its all new to me, got a few things to talk about. Also i need to put my 2 new front tyres i have on, so you can do my tracking for me as its well out. Are you around Saturdays? i would be thinking of coming up to you Saturday 29th at the minute, or another Saturday after that, if its easier i came in the week might be able to get a day off work...

  21. quick question for the forced induction guys... do you lot let the car warm up for long before you drive or do you just take it easy until the right temp?? if you do what temp do you wait for?? when i bring it home should i be leaving the fan on for a while to cool it all down or is it safe to just switch it all off?? want to make sure i do everything right, just paranoid
