Having thought about it it must be the autos, as software patches would not be applicable to manuals. In which case saying forget about BMWs because of something that only effects Autos and probably only a minority of them is ridiculous. Having been on M3 cutters for a few months I haven't seen a single thread about this issue.

These manuals or Auto? Which models? The other half has had an E91 from new that has now done 90thou with no problems. One of my mates had a 123d and a 320d, again, both with no issues. Can't say I have ever heard of the problem you are describing.

A friend has had an eco boost from new. She loves it and is planning on trading it in for an ST very soon. All the reviews I see on this car rave about it. Have you seen this one? [video=youtube;Gbcj-zE7gBw]

Front bumper, bonnet and last wing sold. Leaves the doors, rear bumper, spoiler and tailgate.

Sold the car so no longer needed them. Also sold the spacers a while back.

Didn't hear back so the wing is yours, pm sent. Tailgate, bonnet, doors, spoiler and bumpers still here. Wont be able to post any of that due to the weight so collection only, except the spoiler which I can.

Not heard back yet from someone who expressed an interest in some of the panels. If I still haven't by tomorrow BarberG60 will have first dibs on the wing. The tailgate, bonnet, front and rear bumpers and both doors will also be available.

Posted the drivers side one at a cost of £20. If this other person doesn't get back to me I will let you know.

Ah mate that sucks. If you decide to fix it with used parts I have a front bumper and passenger wing for sale and am not too far away from you.

Pair. £20 Drivers side lower dash. £15 Bosch Starter motor. Worked very well turning the engine over superbly. Bit of surface rust to the case. £40 Jack kit. £15

Got the switch controls and surround but not the 3 knobs, any good?

They do look look good on a greeny, you should buy them

Sorry for the slight delay, bit busy yesterday and the weather was all over the place. O/S wing. N/S wing, slight surface rust on bottom corner and bump strip will be removed or £5 extra for that. As you can see from the photos both wings are in very good condition. Paint work is good but like any used panels have stone chips/ marks. Front bumper. Paintwork not great but crash bar solid and plastic in good condition. Rear bumper. Crash bar crusty at best, paintwork pretty good but some marks. Tailgate. No dents or rust with the odd mark to paint. Had a lot of interest in the wings but no one has said they will definitely take them yet. Please respond in thread rather than via pm so everyone knows where they stand as to who says yes first.

Wheel is still available. Here are a few more pics of it. There is the small mark on the front and a section of the cross stitching on the rear has come undone, the straight stitches are still present and the leather secure.

Wheels were 17s, sold them ages ago. Had the shell taken off my drive nearly 2 weeks back. It had gotten pretty rusty around the top of the screen and was starting to go in other places I discovered once I started to take it apart, so no massive loss.

Will take some better close up photos when I get back from work tomorrow afternoon. No rust apart from on the bumper frame.
