Dirty dishes on the rear draining board? ;)
-
Looks so good with the cream and blue combo - much better than classic green with the same colour hide! Those mats are going to be fun keeping clean during the winter - but do look damn good in there! How much did it cost you to get the leather sorted btw? I agree with Steve @ about the side repeaters and would also recomend lupo wipers just to finish it off ;)

I still say it's the air flow meter... they really are the mother of all 9A related problems Jim Also, and this is nothing against Vince, when I spoke to him about my air flow meter being set up lean at the top end he said he basicly wouldn't touch the set up on them as they are so easy to kill! However Tim at The Phirm was more than happy to have a play with it and although it's still a bit lean at them top end it's 10 times better than it was before - there is only the lambda to blame for it now... -

Blimey  When I read the title I expected fag butts, hair, used tissues - hell even a used johny - I deffo didn't expect that! How does it sit in the eyes of the law and the fact that the previous owner sold it to you as a 'road worthy' vehicle? -
This has to be one of the nicest 8V's I've ever seen 8)
-
Early type though... I've got an off side one with good condition chrome and no cracks going if you want it? PM me for a price...

It's gotta be one of the best 'dub' pics I've ever seen to be honest! I keep coming back to it to stare... I love the rear shot of the Polo too - looks almost as wide as it is long 8)
-
Just came accross a thread about them on the 'tex - their cars look mental 8) I especaily like the Polo and the shot of their Golf on the dyno's  Here's their website : http://www.dahlbackracing.com

matt black might leave them looking like they're just covered in brake dust... although could work really well with the lips and the bolt hole insides polished 8)
-
Nice - I like the door pods 8)

If you don't mind a drive then get down to The Phrim they really know their stuff, write the Q and A's for PVW and are always happy to take the time to explain things to you... I can't recommend them more 8)

no, just the roof plus the A,B and C pillers... just like in those pics - I really liked it on the red one and it looks even better on white 8) -
So it went from grey to gay

Looks sweet and will look even better when it's lowered although I'm guessing you might need a bit of arch work to get it down in the weeds! 8)

I love it with the black bonnet and just saw this on the 'tex... I think you should do it 8) and here's the thread they came from 8) -
I have a rolling road print out from Surrey Rolling Road (Indipendent specialist) showing my power to be at 124bhp and running very lean... On Stealths road 2 days later running on the same fuel with no change to the set up it recorded 143bhp but still lean at the top end... My point is that I wouldn't get too excited about their 'power' figures...
-
Why not get them to do your tracking then? Maybe it needs to be set to the right slightly to acheive what you're after?
-
Hello and welcome to the forum! Look forward to seeing finished pics after the resto 8)
-
I was told by the company that did my tracking that it's meant to ever so slightly pull left so if you fall asleep at the wheel there's less chance of you going head on in to on coming traffic... Don't know how true that is but it's what they said :?
