One improves visability and the other makes it worse depending which way you're facing  Have looked at removing the rear wiper but got the pannel off and thought sod that - is it as much of a PITA as it looks?

I've done it... at long last!!! The one thing that has let my car down (progressively getting worse) since I've owned it was the painted front splitter and today it's gone for good :D I've lost count of the amount of times it's been pointed out in this thread but there has to be at least one comment on nearly every page thread  So 10 mins of watching Dave get the old one off and 10 mins joint effort getting the new one on my front end is transformed! Big cheers to Dave for sourcing it and helping get it on! It's not mint but you'd hardly notice the 2 minor cracks and tbh I won't feel as bad as if it were a brand new one next time I tw@ it

Advice on lumpy, erratic 2.0 16v - being a bit crap again..
Phil K replied to Jim's topic in Engine Bay
I have a nasty feeling that it's the adjustment that Phil is talking about that can kill the airflow meter - both Vince and Tim (the Phirm) have said that it's worth staying well clear of it... appologies if I'm wrong ;) EDIT: having looked at the attachment it is deffinately the bit they are both saying to leave well alone... -
I prefer clear side repeaters tbh - at the end of the day it's your car and what ever you prefer is the right decision 8)

Is this the rarest Rado in existence today ?
Phil K replied to 2corrados's topic in General Car Chat
Thats quite a collection you're building up there 8) Not sure if a 'poverty spec' C would be considered rare but I'm sure some people would disagree with me ;) It's the old press cars that seem to be holding a slight amount of value - could yours be one of them? (would need to be on an F plate) -
Those crazy French are at it again  And they say a glass of wine a day is meant to be good for you... :?
-
Really nice clean mk1 and I love the 'fart' plate 8) Miss mine now...

Took my battery out this morning to get it charged ready for No rice tonight... next plan is to find out why it's going flat in 2 days :?
-
I've seen better bumpers on Corsa's
-
You can tell he's not on the forum as he doesn't habe lupo wipers and his headlights haven't been detialed black  Nice looking C though - I've got a pic or 2 of it aswel I think - will look when I get home...

it's my birthday ( and i'll cry if i want to! )
Phil K replied to randomist's topic in General Car Chat
Happy birthday! I really can only get better by the sounds of things :? -
This has been covered so many times - do a search for ''active spoiler'' and I'm sure you'll find some answers! Would do it myself and post some links but am currently sitting in a car in sainsbury's car park and don't have time

Looks really good mate but I'm not keen on the camber - what width tyres are you running?
-
Looks great mate! Nice shots too although a few look out of focus to me - get a pro to take some for you ;)
-
De-Caps'd your post - please don't shout ;) It really could be a number of things causing your running problems... my guess is it's air flow meter related - I say this as they are the bain of my life and I'm on my fith one in 2 years!!! Depends where you are as far as suggesting where you should go... if you're in the south the I wouldn't consider anywhere other than The Phirm They really know what they're doing and don't charge the earth! Good luck what ever you decide...
-
if they're off the TT they will be the right stud pattern but at 18'' I'm guessing you'll have rubbing issues... I wouldn't go larger than 17'' myself
-
Looks really nice! Would like to see some more pics...
-
It helps if the car is road legal first though ;)

Lovely G60! My favorite rims too 8)
-
I need one of these too...
-
Looking very sweet! Love the wheels and the ride height is spot on 8)
-
As do The Phirm @ £45 p/h - which is a bloody good price when you consider their experience and service IMO 8) Makes me laugh what people pay for work... in the past I've always asked for a price prior to work commencing and if it's been too high I've gone else where...
