    Well mines down 60 on a non adjustable Apex sport kit and drives very well - makes all my passengers cling on for dear life anyway :D If you want flexibility in ride and height then coilovers are the way to go... there's athread on suspension somewhere - hang on I'll find you a link!

    Well if it's on 10+ year old suspension now you can pretty much take it as gospel that it'll only improve with new lower suspension 8)

    Halfords do a short stubby one in black that doesn't look too bad... it doesn't lock but mines been on for 7 months and hasn't been pinched yet (touch wood)

    A quick google search came up with this: Moonlight Blue (US) LC5H It does say US though so I couldn't be sure if it is correct for a UK car...

    You'll find the code on the inside of your off side wing or on the sticker on the inside of the rear of you boot... HTH

    I used 2 velcro strips about 2'' wide across the entire width of my sub box when I had it in the mk1... that kept it there no matter how hard I drove 8)

    Yeah, but although the rims are a half inch wider they still have 205 width rubber... so if anything it should be the same as I was getting! Still I'm not arguing with an extra 5mpg :D aaaggghhh don't say that - I'd just managed to convince myself to keep the porkers :lol:

    A good condition, low mile VR will fetch upwards of £4.5K imo... if it's got a Storm badge add £2K to that figure :D
