lol I know what you mean... it's the first thing my money is going on next month :?
-
My momo boss does this too and would really benefit from some grease! I've just been turning the stereo up which seems to make it go away
-
Doesn't look too bad I suppose ;) Makes me want a new splitter in black... roll on pay day
-
Does look really good - was thinking it looked about the right height so am glad it's due to coilies and not knackered suspension ;) Welcome C ownership and the forum btw :D

Cheers buddy... haven't been too sure about the spoiler but it's growing on me! Still planning to go the Reiger route at some point 8)

Spent a while waxing it yesterday and polished the engine up a bit this afternoon... I'm rather pleased with my efforts so thought I better stick a couple of pics up :D
-
Yesterday I give it a dam good wax and used my touch up pen to get all the scratches and marks on the sills, bumper and splitter! And have just spent a good couple of hours cleaning up the bay- it's looking sooo tidy now and I'm well chuffed 8)

ok this car has been one nightmare after another
Phil K replied to Bobert healetty's topic in Engine Bay
I think a lot of us on here know that feeling - I could have bought a Storm for the money mines cost me  It is all worth it in the end though... mines been running right for 2 weeks now after 2.5 years of one problem leading to another! Still, nothing gives the same grin factor as a C at full pelt! -
What colour is your C? IMO certain colours look good with crystal lights and others don't... I've got the smoke/red FK rears on mine and think they look great with my met perl grey C 8) (click on my sig for pics)

I'd talk to The Phirm about it to be honest... but then you might have guessed that'd be my suggestion
-
I'd love a pair too 8)

Cheers fella.. must admit the kenwood one was the one that appealed to my double-din fetish too

I don't know the car I'm afraid mate but hello and wecome to the forum 8)

Right, due to unforeseen circumstances with the new company motor I'm about to be handed a new Passat TDI S for my new car! I was meant to be getting an SE with nav but this is now not an option... So I am due to get this next week and have been told to get info for a built in nav system... ideally I'd like a 2DIN unit so I don't end up with a stoopid looking 1DIN storage tray and would like it to be DVD playable so I can be pimping 8) Any suggestions? I haven't got a clue about what's good and what's sh** so any advice is of use - having done a bit of a google I'm guessing alpine and pioneer are worth a look and will play DVD's but none seem to be 2DIN :?

All negotiable at the end of the day - equally you could look at it as a car that has had an engine conversion, been tuned and consequently driven hard and is an older C shell... I'm not trying to say it's not worth whats been suggested but it's all info that any potential buyer will consider. Condition of body, running gear and reams of reciepts will help I'm sure 8)

all down to the history and what kind of miles they've been IMO...

On the way back from No Rice tonight I got stopped by a nice horsey lady that wanted to know what it was... said she loved the wheels and the colour and hadn't ever seen one before!!! Then she went on to say that she loves cars and is about to buy a '74 mustang 8) Drove home feeling quite pleased about that...
-
Good news matey... I know how it feels to have a C that takes it's time coming back from workshops - always worth the wait in the end though ;)
