That seems ok to me VEEDUBBED, But i got a Bosch Fuel Pump and it looks just like the ones VW are selling. Same fitting. :) Be sure to get a 4 bar pump! And yes... it´s not very easy to fit them when hou have some fuel in tank...

Once I heard the same humming noise coming from the back when you switch on the elctricals. When you start the engine the problems remains though you cannot heart it very well. So when i opened the boot i could localize where the sound was from. It was the fuel pump which is inside the fuel tank. The noise was getting louder day after day. A couple of days later i couldn´t start the car neither listen the fuel pump switching on with the electrics. I started looking for a brand new fuel pump, here in Portugal i found the better price at the local Bosch Dealer! Hope this helps! Take care os that fuel pump as soon as possible if you don´t want to get stuck on the road just like me!

Removing the PAS belt will eliminate your problem... But the steering gets very very heavy i have tryed it once near the neighborhood to test it. It is very dangegrous to drive. I wouldn´t ride the car on the street. I have done this because i find my steering very light, in my opinion lighter than when i bought the car, i wonder why... All the tracking is correctly set up after fitting new shocks and tires. I was thinking to replace the stock PAS pulley for a bigger one. I believe this will turn the steering a little more heavier. What do you guys think about this?

The Klubber Grease only gives you some extra boost. But as far as i know it only lasts about 10.000Km... It isn´t a must. You can go on without any problems. Factory Charger don´t bring it anyway. But anyone better than G-Werks to clarify this situation for you! :)

I watch Top Gear every sunday afternoon on BBC World. Is it the same channel you´re watching it today?

Consumer Guide - 1990-94 Volkswagen Corrado Full Review

I disagree with several aspects they mention... Like they say it´s a noisy ride. That´s because they have never drived a Toyota MR2 like i did today! Now that´s a noisy engine behind your back and lots of vibrations on the seats. -
one of the worst exhaust systems I've ever seen....

Are Corrado 1.8 16v and Corrado 1.8 8v G60 Fuel Pumps

fast reply! Thanks mate! :) -
Are these fuel injector pumps interchangable? :? Part Nr. 191906090 is from which car? I am talking about the pumps who are not in-tank they are outside under the car. :!: Merry Christmas!

This kit sucks!!! Avoid it! A friend of mine bought it for his G60. The car idles like crap and revs slowly! We checked all the usual things and always got the same synthoms. I swapped ECU´s (mine is SNS) and the problem came to my car! So if anyone is still interested in this kit, my friend still has it for sale... Just make offers anyway... SNS all the way! Don´t think twice! :)

It seems to me that your fuel pump it dying... I would check it first of all.

I´m with Henny on this one! I was having the same issues on my G60. I had all engine mounts replaced and a full whell alignment. The car runs very good now! :)

The G60 supercharger improves the engine power by 50%! :)

I had the same issue when i bleeded my clutch (no need to have ignition on). While i was bleeding suddenly i started to loose pressure on the cylnder. A took a look at the oil level and seemt to be ok. I was having no results and getting desperated. So i top it up to the max. mark and kept filling even more oil. The oil didn´t get of the resevoir. It climbed an internal wall i believe. And then i started to bleed again and i started to get some pressure. Hope it helps... I got sorted this way! :) Keep posting! 8)

The brake/fluid resvoir looks full but it´s not. There is a internal small wall which separetes the fluid in two housings. You just need to top it even if it´s on the maximum mark. You will notice that it is possible to fill more oil.

Yes, you guys are correct. I have changed the ECU´s this morning without any issue. Everyting ok. Thanks for the advices!

I have a friend who has a 1991 Corrado. Mine is a 1990. He doesn´t have a ECU in his car which has been rebuilt. He would like to run it for a while. Can i put my ECU in his car? I believe i can because the pinout is identical. The only difference is that his car has A/C and mine has not. What do you think?

I running with 36psi at front and 32psi at rear. Manufacturers pressures are very high im my opinion... It seems to be the perfect match! Give it a try anyway! :)
