putting my PP head and cam on next week, is it worth investing in some HD valves/springs and some solid lifters, were can i get these from in the uk found 2 good companys in USA but wanna source local if possible

all the race fuels say that they are for high comp engines, and the bloke said he was'nt sure if if would damage my engine, and to ask the people of wisdom (you lot!!) before i buy/use whats gonna be the difference, is there an additive or special fuel for low comp engines

going santa pod this wkend as usual, and was gonna buy some additive but have been given some valvoline race fuel addivitve (used in friends skyline) but on the directions on the back it says for a high compression engine, can i use it in my low comp G60 or do i buy the normal stuff?? what could happen??

just be cheap, and use a fairy liquid bottle, does the job (but you have to wait for the fairy to be used up) hide it in the corner by the suspension strut, if your bothered about seeing it, 1 bottle, 1 breather filter, pipe going into the middle of the bottle

sorry they are heated, and come with door builds in the rear housing kicker 5x7's components, anyone got an idea of price to start selling at please

have a friend selling his corrado and it has a full set of vr6 leathers in grey including door panels, how much is this set worth if it is sold on its own, its all in good nic no tairs or anything,

what is it as i've just had my autometer oil temp/pressure guages fitted and the oil temp warms up to about 180 but if you give the car stick it rises to around 200-210 is this high, also the oil pressure guage just flys off the guage i.e above 100psi if you accelerate or blip the throttle i have just had an oil change with semi-syntetic oil, have i got problems or is this ok

looking at the part numbers for these the vr and the g60 are different but the specs are the same, are they just the same but with different part numers or is there sumit different on one

when chatting to the guy at demon tweeks he quoted me for the helix kit with paddle plate and it was £350 now 50 qiud aint that much more and a paddle clutch will give me much better performance, not so bothered about the problems as i only use the car at wkends and at santa pod, so i could be swayed that way. i'll have a look at the sach one's now

i'll get a golf/corrado vr6 one then, whick is the best make should i get the helix one, sporting clutch kit at £287.30 or........... different makes and prices if possible as for the diff i'll order the quaiffe LSD

i wish, maybe i could share it about, a few brake to you, and some for you and so on cheers henny ive got some 15"bbs's and 2 compomotive MO's with slicks for the track, as for the diff, i'll see, on no-rice at the mo theres a group buy so i'll look into that, still about £300 more than the drag spool, but as you said driveabilty will be fun, you say the vr clutch is best, wouldn't a paddle clutch be better for the racing, or would i just be waisting the my money

looking to price up and plan the drivetrain for my car, should be looking for around 250bhp out of my G60 and mainly use it for the drag strip, i have a VR6 gearbox for the 1,2 and 3rd ratios (how much to have these fitted) looking a clutches which one, gonna be a paddle clutch but should i buy the APT 4 puck or 6 puck (what does 4 or 6 puck mean) as there cheap compared to english versions and can get a friend to bring over also diff, again should i get the APT drag spool (solid diff) cheap compared to the quaiffe LSD but is it usable on the street, does anyone know??? if you think different please post me your best combinations it would be most appreciated!!

also if your gonna have him on the track, if this is a drag, then it's easy type R's are crap at straight line racing, seen modded ones only pulling 16's at pod, also seen on other forums slating them aswell, quick on corners as they have the rev's to play with though!!

i.ve got the audiobahn base driver and it made so much difference, if that helps, definantly worth £200

i personally have the rear of the bonnet raised, led to belive i'll remove the hot air from the mainfold well help anyway, also have 6 small vents above the charger and filter on the other side, it all helps

LOL, sorry reading other instructions for the air/fuel and wrote what i was thinking, so put the t-piece in the vac hose, where abouts any place special top bottem middle or shouldn't it matter,

after fitting my boost guage, i have no boost recording on the guage, just a quick check but you connect the boost guage to the purple (signal) wire coming from the lamba probe CORRECT???? i'm sure it's done properly but then also as some may have read about my performance problem, could i have no boost, although the charger makes a sound it honestly feels like a low comp 1.8 (i know, i have driven it before without the charger) and with the boost return removed theres no whoosh sound, am going to G-werks this week but really wanted the guage to be working, so i can see the difference, so anyone who has fitted the autometer (or other really) sport comp boost guage , please just direct me in the fitting so i can check again many thanks

anyone know if these are compatible to any car want to fit one to my car so it can cool the charger down itself, instead of me sitting and waiting in the car for a min or 2

so which one do i buy, optimax or BP, which one would be better for everyday use then add a octane booster when playing at the strip
