Aye that helps,Thanks!!! Ii think i have all of them connected, but not 100% yet Does anybody know if any of the small wires are part of the clock loom? Thanks for the diagram too!

i have been doing a bit of work on a mates car, engine out new engine in, ecu wired up, fuel pump on a new circuit....... in the end i had a bit of an "issue" with the fusebox, which turned out to be nothing (did a continuity test and i was getting continuity from positive to negative with everything turned off, but not everything was turned off but anyway back to my problem, car is fine and running, but the clocks are not working, what wires on ther fusebox control the clocks? i have all main block connectors in place, but some of the unused wires are not connected and we have replaced some circuits(fuel pump) So all i need to know is what wires go to the clocks. thanks

A mate has a US spec G60, with no engine or loom, i am just judging the interest in parts, he is going to break it now the us cars have wings with no side repeaters, smooth front bumpers, no towing eye at the back a third brake light at the back, anything else? What do you lads think?
-
i wouldnt balance the engine with the clutch in place as when the clutch wares it will go out of balance or if you replace it, it will go out of balance Now on you r question, the G60 flywheel is HUGE and heavy, you can take about 1/3 out of it and its still going to idle at a respectable speed. What ecu are you using for the conversion? G60 is it?

Kev, you speak the truth! If it was meant ot be diesel it would be on day one

if it were me i would prob go for the us, shipping wont be too bad, go for 48 hour ups, thats the way bahn brenner ship all their stuff to europe, so weigth is the issue not size! Go for it ben they are class, i did see some corrado's on the vortex gallery before with carbon panels, worth a try
-
quite a few have been doen, i know of 2 in ireladn and there are lots on the corrado database. But i am with kev on the sacrilidge

just got my copy, car looks class! Well done and some reward for your hard work!
-
with abs your meant to bleed with the engine running in 9 out of 10 cases it will work fine with the engine off, but this seems to bhe that 1 case Engine running is the way to go!
-
Looks Class, gotta love the Black Corrado's! Well Done

Well, whats the simplist and best way to remove this? and where should i relocate the vent to? Thanks
-
you have a little to play with height wise before it goes out again. Sorry to hear about that hassle! I left my G60 in to get it done, the lad said "its not 100%, but its ok" like hell it was, the tracking was worse and it ate the front tyres, what a shower of muupets, i wont ever go back there, there is one person here in Ireland that i trust and i have seen his work, so it will be going back to him!

Barry, the G60 Carriers are bigger, the G60 pads are thicker, so if you use 16V calipers you need to use 16V pads 16v Caliper will fit onto G60 Carriers with the use of 16V pads When your going to that hassle you may aswell fit the G60 calipers, and i have that brake line sitting at home for you too.

you dont need to remove the towing eye, you need to trim it, once you cut it back have a plate welded back in to put some strength back into it. Makes a huge difference!

Weichers Cage, i know venom sell them, but they can be gotten cheaper
