Spot on, the rears should only be used for "fill in" sound.
-
How bout these http://rfiscreening.co.uk/default.aspx
-
Bully boy BMW's usually do :)
-
Got exactly what you said and I've also come out on top by using known local shortcuts rather than trying to race - it does put a smile on your face :D
-
Does the central locking work with the key? If so it's the alarm that's faulty and if not the C/L's faulty.
-
As someone said the other day Rob - you can sleep in a car but can't drive a house
-
Try syncing the alarm as described in the attachment
-
I would look for 2 good 2nd hand wings and there will be some out there in good rust free condition. Try mailing Leon as he's breaking a car which I believe was in very good condition.
-
Ooops, hadn't "scene" that :)

The best thing to do is lift the carpet and follow the wires from the seat to the fuse box then either the inline fuse has blown or the live or earth is disconnected :)
-
Are they genuine VW parts? How does it work with, TPS, can anyone order from them or just businesses? Yes, they are genuine VW and TPS (Trade Parts Specialists - trade parts arm of VAG) centres are located nationally and you need an account number. There are centres in Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Southampton
-
If they're the same as Mk 3 Golf VR6 then they're £69 from TPS.
-
Good work, that's exactly how I did mine then worked through the grades of wet and dry by hand :)
-
To start with unplug the loom under the seats and test the piece that comes from the fusebox. You'll know then if the problem is the fuse box or seat end.
-
The loom is simple - 2 wires, one positive, 1 negative so really easy to test. Just a thought, if your Recaros are factory fit there should be a fuse holder on the loom which is clipped onto the top of the fuse box, probably worth checking.
-
Have you tried testing for power on the loom plugs under the seats?
-
Looks nice - great colour too
-
Sorry Ben I'm a hoarder  but I'm sure you'll find a good un if you look hard enough :)
-
Thought you were all set on an R32 Ben, I don't think you'll prise Gareth's car off him this time
-
Yep too expensive considering the paint's already paid for, I would say £200 max.
-
Sounds like you need the driver side lower dash panel as well as the fuse box cover. Put up a post in the wanted section and you should be able to get one :)
-
Liking it a lot - especially if that's an active spoiler :)
-
Is this the start of the end for parts support?
