Hi all, I've been slowly collecting a reasonable tool set over the last year or so, mostly mid range stuff (I think), and it got me thinking, what brands of hand tools do people swear by? Also, what brands are generally not up to it, don't last or you had to replace very quickly? I've heard Halfords professional range is very good. Cheers

Hi Oilman, I've got a 94 VR6, done 206,000 but had the engine rebuilt in 2006, 66k mileage since then Doesn't have any serious mods, normally only does longer journeys (not nipping round town) Does 5w - 40 fully synthetic sound okay?

I like the MK1's visually, and I loved the Mark 2's until I saw my first Corrado in 2003! Managed to miss them until that point!

Sorry to read about this Looks like all insurance companies behave the same. We got burgled recently and they tried to fob us off with inferior products Etc. managed to get what we'd lost after some arguing. Makes me wonder how many people they must get away with doing this to. Glad to see its coming to an end, hopefully.

Gots lots of chufties at a family booze up this weekend. My cousins were Asking me what car it was, and how fast etc. Im always amazed how unknown Corrados are.

Indeed! I don't drive it when that stuffs on the roads. Had a great Trip, enjoyed the ride. Including trying to keep up with a silver Maclaran Around Lincoln. He didn't like me overtaking him!

It wasn't serious : ) Off for a family booze up, rather than the good weather : ) was just debating to he sensible and take the Diesel Lupo, which will cost me less, but is boring or the Corrado. I'm taking the Corrado of course : )

As above, wondering if I should drive the Corrado to the east coast this weekend. Want to drive it but worried about the salty air, and what that may do to the worsening tin worm. Which ill get sorted next year. Am I being daft?
