just take the belt off completely while your trying to diagnose the problem

its a JOM reiger style 1, they come with all the tabs to suit early or late and you just trim off the tabs you dont need

i think they are 24mm? yes any colour would get you moving but might sound the alarm

Made some right angle brackets for front number plate. I reckon its about 240ish bhp but ive just fitted a smaller pulley and yet to drive it. Got a mate making me a carbon boot spoiler and possibly making a blue kevlar 1 aswell then hes guna start knocking em out cheap. He will be able to do em in this

Yes well chuffed, just cant wait to get it through mot then get the german plates back on and then try and enjoy the thing as its been off the road since june.

Havent updated this for a while. Done loads, new 50mm inlet manifold, 53mm pulley, carbon grill finished, driver mirror fitted etc and mot retest on wednesday and it should be on the road.

So how much boost you making? My 8v made 12psi at 6k with the 65mm with everything flowed -
jetex are the same filters jabba use on g60s. I believe the airboxes are the same between the 1.8 and 2l

the wires are for the total closure to wind up windows

Thanks for all advice so far, yes pipe exactly 1m on correct nipple and new vag BTS will check plugs soon

Ive done all the earths, added extra earths etc, new BTS Tested lambda and was ok
