The g charger will always be the limiting factor. depends how much power your after? Most turbo bits are available off the shelf
-
im guessing It opens up when the ignition is off?
-
do you have a spark? check for fuel coming through?
-
pressure is highest at the filter housing
-
To adjust the mixture you need a 3mm? allen key down into the meterhead by the rubber boot. to adjust the fuel pressure you need to remove the 15mm bolt on the side of the meterhead and add shims as per haynes. Best get the car to a garage and try and get co set to 2%

when you say crossflow g60 was that turbo'd

I thought stealth could reramp a 2l 16v on KE

the 2 different types of gasket are between the 42mm and the 50mm. the head to inlet gaskets are the same between 42mm and 50mm. KR inlet has 9.6mm lift and the exhaust has 10.2mm.

water temp light flashing shortly after startup , on corrado

i think when theres water across the sensor it joins the 2 connections, and they are earths. If the wire was touching metal work it shouldnt make a difference. Try undoing the plug at the bottle and joining the wires toegther, this should turn the light out -
I just got mine through by adjusting the co pot, mine has no cat though
-
Ive only just fitted the 55mm on mine, Still a safe size IMO Not sure id go 50mm as my internals wouldnt cope as thats alot of boost
-
Im run ning a 55mm, lot more lown down boost

ah yes, i read the post properly now oops, dont know the signl wire from the ecu
-
do not earth the red/yellow thats the live to the pump. If you have live to it on cranking then that wire and the relay is fine. red/yellow = pump live Brown pump = earth purple/black = sender feed thin brown = sender earth Think thats right
-
The Brown is the negative, the Red/White is the 95 degree first stage and the Red/Black is the 105 degree second stage. I joined these 2 together to the live for the fan. make sure the fans wired the correct way otherwise it will ever blow up or blow instead of suck
-
maybe the brown earth wire is dead?
-
get the co checked, try to adjust to 2%

I had problems with the mrs mk3, it was the TPS on the throttlebody. Yours sounds like possibly lambda? agreed on the vagcom

Battery light stays dim. Any Clue to what it might be?
flusted replied to corrado g's topic in Engine Bay
id clean/check all earths, try with engine running, put live of multi meter on batery and earth of meter on engine and see if the voltage is higher, this will indicate its earth strap -
ok well when/if you do, drop me a pm!
