SteveRobb 0 Posted July 12, 2005 Bought this interior off ebay, the chap reckons it was originally from a special edition Corrado, anyone shed some light on this? I'll take better pics tonight and post them, but they are beige leather with a black piping. Paid £350 for it which included all the door cards. Seemed to be fair considering what they seem to fetch. dinkus 10 Posted July 12, 2005 Looks like a leather re-trim on some standard early Corrado seats, but for £350 it's a bloomin bargain! :D The special edition wasn't a Karmann one by any chance?
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 12, 2005 Yeah £350 is good, I paid double that for an s/hand MJ retrim (£1400 new!) which isn't all that.... but I suppose the proof of the pudding where retrims are concerned is in the wearing....
Phil K 0 Posted July 12, 2005 Deffo a re-trim IMHO... bloody good price though 8)
chrishill 0 Posted July 12, 2005 I thought the humpless rears were a later interior thing? but I suppose the proof of the pudding where retrims are concerned is in the wearing.... stop playing with your food kev

Henny 0 Posted July 12, 2005 looks like a re-trim of a late set of 8V seats to me... Nice though, especially for the price... 8)
saysomestuff 0 Posted July 12, 2005 I thought the humpless rears were a later interior thing? I think it was more a 2.0 16v thing wasn't it? - mine's a '91 with minimal humpage
moneypit23 0 Posted July 12, 2005 Lack of hump in the middle of the back seats is like mine, late (93) 2.0L 16v
