-=Kris=- 0 Posted April 28, 2010 Right so the car went over to DG last week to have the dent checked out and the knocking noise sorted... the ding shound't be too much problem to deal with, however i need to remember to tell the bodyshop guy, lots of seam sealer!!! memo to self... don't skimp on the seam sealer! we after spent ages trying to find out where the knocking noise was soming from and concluded it was the driver side CV joint... got that replaced and set off only to find that it didn't work... even tho the CV joint was buggered! it wasn't all doom and gloom... Graham was a legend and managed to get rid of some minors that were bugging me... noise from the clutch... turned out to be clutch release bearing that was adjusted and now is fine... and very stiff brakes... turned out to be the new (and one of the last remaining) brake peddal sensor that needed adjusting... i actually thought that these are just the shoddy old rado brakes... but turns out that there was a problem... lol Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
