ziderapple 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I was bored at the weekend and emailed VW asking why the Corrado is missing from the timeline on their website, I got this back today: Thank you for your enquiry with Volkswagen.co.uk Thank you for pointing this out to us, we are currently working on adding the Corrado to the timeline. Leonard 0 Posted March 2, 2009 lol,i like how they are playing like it never came up.Like they just forgot. Yeah right. Well if they do that then they wont dissapoint anyone when they either a) Dont bother with a replacement for a car that never existed or b) Bring out a brand new Corrado that has nothing to live up to
Yandards 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Heh, have to see if they actually do it.. Although they have split the scirocco and the corrado on ETKA now (used to be under the same section) and added a 'new scirocco' category. Although after looking through the updated Corrado one, there is a lot less part numbers and lots of blanks :(
Sonicriot13 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Although after looking through the updated Corrado one, there is a lot less part numbers and lots of blanks :( :( That's pants. Time to get a donor car and store it away somewhere I think.

corradophil 3 Posted March 3, 2009 Maybe we should flood their website with complaints that the Corrado is missing from the timeline. They won't forget us then.

mrbeige 0 Posted June 3, 2009 Well, they've added the Corrado to the Timeline....finally!! :) not good enuff. I want an apology in blood.  I'd have thought they might have elaborated on the G60 or VR6 engines, as they were both fairly special in their design. There definitely weren't any other production cars with either a G-lader supercharger or 15º V6

Time to get a donor car and store it away somewhere I think. Maybe they finally got round to rewmoving the part numbers for all obsolete bits? Surely that's much better than being under the illusion of the part still existing, and then going to the dealer who just points you back out the door.... I know i'd prefer to know straightaway if something is obsolete or not!
