1. Plough not required anymore as Madonna's shifted the snow.......with her Rain.
2. It has one and I'm glad the snow wasn't any deeper.
3. Typically I had to drive to my office today so Corrado out for a slip/slide about in the snow. Nasty stuff to drive in especially over the moors (full on blizzard) but got to test my ABS and it works.:)

Nice wheels to have. I almost bought some from Todmorden but typically weren't in good nick as described. I offered £200 in full knowledge that they needed to be refurbished but he was having none of it.
5. It’s a quintessential tune for the discerning Corrado driver.
6. Tis, I have a signed Rain single I was gonna bring you. ;)
7. LED is likely to be alarm or immobiliser. If I don't start my car within about 30 seconds, my LED flashes again as it resets the immobiliser.
8. Only a few miles from me and typically on a weekend when I'm abroad.

abs sensors

Simple job in so far as unplug from under seat, push grommet/plug though hole, undo bolt on sensor, remove job lot and replace.....However, we're talking Corrado here so I'll never be so simple....you'll find the sensor has rusted itself in place and to get it out you'll need to remove the rear disk and batter the old one out with a socket. I read what a pain it could be so took it to my mechanic and it was. I told him he wouldn't get it out without destroying the old sensor and while he almost managed it, when knocking the sensor out (punch through the nut whole) it snapped in too and the disk had to come off.

I paid £12 for an ebay number and it works fine.
11. I wouldn't have expected much differences as the tyres are the same size. I'd check the pressures for starters, but could be due to different brands having different stiffness in the side walls. I ran some 17's with 205/40 tyres for a while and can honestly say I was glad to go back to 15's as the ride on 17 wasn't nearly as good.
12. Looks sweet. I once fitted a 105mm JE piston in one of my bikes and it was amazing to look at and was by far the best looking bit of the bike.
13. My partner and I both have MOT's due about the same time, mine a bit before. So yesterday night she says "isn't my MOT due soon" to which I (being convinced it's in June) says I don't thing so, I'll check. Pops my details into the online search and "Rodney, you plonker" MOT expired on the 10th, her being due in a fortnight. Calls garage this morning - Sorry can't fit you in, booked solid today and tomorrow - not happy as didn't fancy trying to find another trusted MOT station. Thankfully the garage calls me back at lunch and says they can do it anytime this afternoon as they've had some cancellations.....whoop whoop, see ya at 15:30. Now the stress hits me as normally I'd have my mechanic give the old girl a once over to see if anything obvious, but no chance of that. Stressful wait whilst it's MOT is done and BOOM!, PASSED, few minor advisories like tyres at 3mm but a pass all the same. I love this old motor.
14. Condition is everything on cars of this age and therefore if it is near mint, then the price may be fair....I know it'd by mine.

Looking for Corrado

Under 100K may be a problem, unless like mine it was rebuilt 60K or so ago. Budget? There's a fantastic VR on ebay at the moment for £16500
16. Close up of the bubbles.
17. Due to the interest in my wings and the requests for photographs, I add a some from a couple of days ago. They are pretty solid but both will need painting as there is a bodged paint job/some bubbling at the top of the passenger wing and lacquer peal on the drivers wing. These are still on my car and will be removed ASAP (hopefully in the next month) I already have 1st and 2nd refusals on them (subject to offers) but if you want to go on the list then comment or PM me.
18. Thanks for that. I may let my mechanic loose with the refitting as don't want to damage anything. As for the condition of original wings, I'll have a better idea once removed but at visually the ns has a bit of bubbling at the top and the os has lacquer peel. Both ideally need painting which is why I snapped up the colour matched wings. Someone already has 1st refusal on them, but you can be put on the list if they don't want them.
19. I've just bought a couple of wings in very good condition and will be fitting them onto my car as the originals have a bit of lacquer peel. Depending on what's involved, I may have someone fit the wings for me - anyone got a link to step by step instructions? In addition to the many bolts holding them on, there also seems to be some sealant - what is this stuff? Is it needed. Also the wings I've bought have had the side bump strips removed. Can these be easily removed from my original wings and glued to the new wing? If so what glue is needed? Stuart.
20. from a 92 valver so that would make them the later type I think. I was under the impression they were all interchangeable.
21. I'm picking a pair of red wings up this weekend to replace mine as I have some lacquer peel and will take offers on the ones I remove if you wanted to paint them. I'm only in Bingley West Yorkshire.
22. I'd 2nd that review apart from the 8k part, unless your talking about the rears. My fronts on the valver lasted less than 3K and I don't do wheel spins.
23. If the cable was breaking inside then no amount of oiling would make them better, yet after lubing my cable all has been free and silky smooth which can only suggest some contamination or dirt was causing it to stick.
