  1. I don't think these are available seperately from VW (but they do come free if you buy a new Rad!!!) GSF sell them and usually have them in stock, same part as MK2 Golfs if they look confused when you mention Corrado.
  2. Front or back?? You really need a hydraulic press for the front ones, best to take the hub and bearing down to a garage and get it pressed in...
  3. Sometimes its just not necessary tho...
  4. Your all wrong, Kamei are the best! Moving to suppliers...
  5. I know the charger and brakets are about 10kg if that wasn't included?
  6. Oops - I thought the new VAG ones were about £75 and the VT ones £90....
  7. Very close to the rear axel - look for the brake lines leading to it... Worth keeping clean and putting a bit of grease on to stop it seizing up They need adjusting if you have the car lowered more than 40mm.
  8. In Kev's absense... If you need a new mount and you have a VR then the VT front mount is a must, they are not much more than the stock ones and will last alot longer and hold the engine more securely, Stealth Racing can supply these. If you search on here you may find a couple of pics of VR bonnets with dents after the front mount has broken!!
  9. Not being funny Andy but are you sure the throttle is opening fully?
  10. Hmmm... sounds like you may have had an attempted break-in..?
  11. GSF sell LUK ones... don't buy a SACHS - several quality issues have been reported latly and you don't want to be doing a labour intensive job twice!
  12. Prise using an electrical screwdriver (or one with insulation tape round it)
  13. Yes funny this has come back almost a year after it was started, especially as I've just taken out my boost return pipe!
  14. 80k is about the time where everything needs replacing if its only had dealer type services up until now... Good idea to go to Stealth and get a proper service, ie change all belts, all fluids and anything else that needs doing... Then think about replacing/upgrading all the suspension, bushes, brakes...
  15. You'd think they'd do it out of goodwill if its not due for a rebuild again yet, they obviuosly couldn't give a st1te about G60's anymore... Get it down to Gwerks mate to be fixed properly.
  16. Just prise the mirror glass out and check there first... Then take the wing mirror units off and pull the wiring up to check they are plugged it etc - easier that taking the cards off...
  17. Yep it does... (it did 2 years ago anyway..)
  18. Don't buy second hand shocks mate, especially for a 150mph car!! There peanuts new and should also be replaced as a pair.
  19. Yeah the battery looks fine but when being charged the voltage should be at least 14! - looks like an alternator fault..
  20. I'd get the charger to G-werks asap or back to Jabba if its still under warrantee
  21. I *think* about £1500 exchange including the new chains/tensioners etc...
  22. Brand new 2.8 litre engines are fairly cheap from VW....
