http://www.amazon.ca is cheapest (should be under £50 delivered) Note its US so only covers the 2.8litre SLC and G60 engines The other option is a Golf or Passat Haynes manual for the engine or the Peter Russek book is also very good (6.50 from WH Smiths)

There using some non-salt based grit round are way but not sure if it can still chip the paint or not tho...

There is a tool for the 02A boxes that VW use but I've heard you can do it yourself using trial and error...

AFAIK, the Early G60's use a 3 bar and the late G60's and VR's use 4bar

Yeah = there in the C&R catalogue as MK2 to MK4 converison hoses so I can't see how they get them wrong - also listed on the goodridge site...

Yep, new rear bumper is £397+vat - same thing happened to me last year, I bought a bumper off here for £50 and got a few extra bits done...

Door handles look best if they have no locks (ie the passat rears) I thought about doing the whole mirror but was advised against it as it would require extra work getting both materials to match and stay together...
