  1. Nope, its still empty and the old one is still 'just there'...
  2. She's called 'Pure Dee' - clue is in the filename. Google is your friend.. (if you turn off the Safe Search!) Err, one of the Mods told me. Err, yeah, that's it..
  3. Take take credit for the doc, its by the old school 'rado'r Andy Brookes. It's part of the CF Wiki though! wiki.php
  4. Hey buddy, welcome back. And you mentioned about climatronic & aircon - you did it with mine without too much difficultly, so I'm sure you'll be ok! :)
  5. Here's the cosmetic changes: http://www.the-corrado.net/how-to/docs/ ... hanges.doc
  6. Hi all, 25% off for forum members, using code WOLFRACETHEC valid on http://alloywheelsdirect.wolfrace.com/ and http://shop.wolfraceaccessories.co.uk/ From Wolfrace:
  7. The Corrado is actually configured for LHD, with the fuel tank and engine compensating for the driver. On RHD, it kinda shoves it out of whack... The steering column and pedals being on the 'wrong' side means the ABS (on later cars) has to be moved too, which upsets the balance. Its the same for most European designed cars, RHD conversions tend to be the after-thought, rather than part of the design. Pity really! But compensating is probably the right thing to do - as long as its definitely level ground! Get that iPhone App out... ;)
  8. Glad to see the economic downturn of the world is affecting the accountants too... ;)

  10. It's extra 'background' software by Microsoft that the program uses in order to work. On the download page there are links to those two so you can install them. You may already have the dot net framework already installed - most PCs do - but you will probably have to add the SQL program because unless you're a programmer or use databases a lot, you probably won't have that one!
  11. It's just one guy who wrote it for fun - guess he normally works in SQL ;)

  13. Found this on another forum, and thought it may be use to some of you? Completely freeware, which is always good too... http://www.mygarage.org.uk/

    228 mph Corrado?

No, it's fine. All alternators put out around 14volts. If you were getting high 12s, I'd worry. 14.1V is perfectly fine. Could it be an earthing issue perhaps? Just an idea...

    228 mph Corrado?

14.3V from an Alt is normal.
  16. Surely you only pay VAT on new items? I don't see why you'd bother buying a new car from the IOM ;)
  17. Had one for a year before I got the W8. 30mpg, lazy beasts. Great on the motorway, though a little bit on the slow side if you need a quick overtake. (W8 fixes that lol). But all in all, an excellent car. The Syncro is brilliant - so grippy. You can do roundabouts at 60mph with a big grin... Mine's here: viewtopic.php?p=534340#p534340 Looks mean with InPro Angel Eyes and a debadged grill. Only mod I did, other than reversing jobbies on the rear numberplate (the boot sticks out a lot so helps!) Definitely a bargain if you want a very comfy car.

Since you own a VR6, you could totally geek them out with this info: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=520&p=3790p3790

Agreed, the first thing (and cheapest) to replace is the cap on the expansion tank. And make sure its threaded on correctly - you can cross-thread it if not careful, and that ain't good ;)
  21. Holy thread revival, batman! (needs a batman emoticon...)
