you should have a tool to adj them mate ... this will have marks on it to tell you which way ? what make of coilovers do you have on that thing again i will grab a tool if you dont have one ! want want want there you go again... :-P

ill second that by the sounds of your symptons it could very well be the vac hose from the t/body to the ecu.. on a separate note gareth that dics you sent me only had the shortcuts to the pics on and not the actual pics mate.. u can try and mail them to me a few at a time to mailto:[email protected] if you like. :lol:

quaife atb is what ya needing mate ... also maybe worth asking phatvr6 about the u.s peliquion diff as these are ment to be cheaper and also very very good.

hello there sandy what boost are you running at the moment ? sould be expecting to see around 13-15psi on a 68 and on same charger with 65mm looking at around 16-17psi .. we can supply red tops for £115 per set and get chips to match from bilal.

hi guys been having a read through this thread... and even though the car has no cat surely it must have a lambda probe in the bypass ?? also what management is it running james?" and what spec is it tuned to ? personally i wouln't worry to much about it as long as you do have a lambda probe in there and everything is running correctly.

hello there, sounds like you have a air lock to mee.... do a serch on here the is some very good info on bleeding coolent systems ... get your g12+ from gsf its cheaper too... hth
