hello there , tofit your air fuel gauge all you need do is take the live and nuetrual wires to the relavent places behindthe dash / battery and then the signal wire connects to the signal "violet" wire from the lambda.(this is the wire on its own on the plug of 4 wires connectind on the clip attached to the rear engine mount..) what i think you may have beed sold is a kit for fitting a wideband(ie extra lambda etc) which im sure your gauge is not.. then again surly the store would of known this... hth

u can actually adjust the isv too .. but you need to be careful when doing so . there is a small allen bolt in the very end.

no no you only blank of points if you have removed carbon canister...

have you check all the vac hoses ? have you removed the carbon canister ? have you balnkedall the outlets if so ? is you isv working ? does it get worse wen warm ? sorry for the questions just think of possibilatys :lol:

humm you say you have changed the lambda / co and checked all the earths from the ecu .. ?? is your 1mtr hose from the back of the throttle body to the ecu ok ?

arr engine bay / angle / you are talking about the golf with aircon hence the intercooler in the engine bay !! what are you wanting to achieve ? do you have one of these coolers as i have the pipework for one of these im sure.. there not that good though as to much heat in the enginebay.... alot better with a front mount

the golfg60 either came with a very simular intercooler to the rallye (smaller inlet) or with aircon .. nope came with the crap corrado intercooler

sorry nige but the u bend is on all golf g60's / rallyes with out aircon.. the aircon models have the short dumpy outlet..

yes these size tyres will be fine on you std 16v wheels...

5 dr r32's > company cars mate where 4 doors required...

there are alot more things to take into consideration before thinking that a chip alone will guve these kind of increases in bhp.. these include good compression / a nicley flowed charger / good apex seals / all sensors working correctly / and a nice COLD charge temps... and running oil temps etc etc
