Far more than 40mm of adjustment there Dave. Once you have them on you will see there are huge amounts of adjustments available to you.

Take the unit of as a complete unit then undo the top securing bolt. Drop me a line and ill send you a pearch for free. Please make sure on replacment that the threads are clean of plastic debris and you only tighten the grub scew to 2nms

Check your earth's it sound like the ecu is not controlling the injectors properly the ecu braks the live to the injectors to make them pulse. your's sound static ie open all the time.

You can use the 2 marks too in just the same way. Leval with the top edge of the head. You just look at the pulley from the other side..

I assume your not on the bottom of the thread.. we allways tape below the pearch then if you want to adjust move it down first then clean any make your upwards adjustments (Im sure you did that anyway.) Also worth noting is the 2nm torque setting of the 2mm grub screw, Glad Julian got it sorted promptly for you though. Speak soon

Kw should not be stocking the KW non inox units in the UK as there are Exactlly the same as the weitec Hicon Gt's for more money. I had a meeting with KW over the new year and we decided it wasn't worth bring the non Inox parts into the UK. Also there should be only 5% discount across all the dealers on KW products as they take a disliking to price wars between suppilers. We offer the weitec gt kits at £470 delivered and KW V1's at £599 delivered these prices include VAT but you can remove 5% from that price as forum members Kev, if your platforms locked to the strut i would sugesst it wasn't corrosion but debris in between the strut and the spring plate. If you need any spring plates let me know and ill arrange some for you FOC (Even though you didn't purchase the kit from us if need be).

I would stick to a normal cat as you really wont reap the benifits of a sports cat on a G60 as the cats really not that restrictive.

Just give it to a paint shop, Shouldn't cost much more than £80 to paint and get a professional finish.. Remember a good finish is all in the prep
