  1. the Red tops we sell are #30 30lbs 305cc's note: These are fueling a friends vr turbo on emerald very well too.
  2. Injector type - EV1 Impedance - 11-18 ohms Flow Rate - 30 lbs/hr
  3. A bhp figure is governed on alot more than a cylinder head im afraid... Lets just say that the cylinder head will no longer the bottle neck in the chain anymore..
  4. Some intresting replies here, i think you will also agree that to be able to even compare the flow between the too said heads is somthing in its self.. As Henny says these are not cheap but..... Add up the price of the 16vg60 conversion and then the price of one of our heads and it speaks for its self. The flow test above is with std valves with the new valves fitted it has been flowed with a 17% exhaust increase which i think you will agree is quite impressive. They also add the benifit of keeping you engine bay looking OEM and also the 8v torque characteristics we all know and love... Im sorry to harp on about these but they have taken over 6mths of development work and im very proud of the results ** there's life in these old 8v's yet ! :wink**
  5. Route the breather back into the bottom of the air box straight away..8.5mm hole is all thats needed. the pulleys are measured across the ribbed section and the one you have is definatly a 68mm.

  7. well they flow 250cc's @ 3 bar and you looking at around 4.5bar so i would of thought about 190bhp ish as a rough estimate.

Is it a 16v ? probely is the sensor that screws into the top of the filter housing.. A Cheap fix normally
  11. your thinking of Eurospec. These are now vey rare but if anyone has accurate flow data on these i would like to compare them to our new ones...
  12. I cant take the credit for this myself but i did aproch a company that has made my dreams come true... "head wise anyway" we can now flow vast amounts of air through a counterflow g60 head ....

merc wheels will fit on without the need for spacer/adapters if 5x112 too..
  14. Have found better gains in other ways now.. imho the Crossflow conversion looks very messy and very non OEM.
  15. I dont think they clear the g60 brakes without the use of a spacer.
  16. 037 105 255 - Is the correct number for the larger crank pulley, as i think gibber quoted. 037 145 933 B - Is the belt required. Same as standard g60-rado belt.
  17. yes very slightly.. but its visable
  18. I quite often see the hose's expand very slightly when backing up the systems for leak testing.
  19. This should only take 20mins max to remove.

    Part number

    037 115 105 there you go.
  21. my charger used to pull 20psi on a 65mm ribbed pulley with a 268 cam ... Now have gone down to 65 toothed drive and crazy head im hoping for 1bar max manifold pressure hopfully less... sorry for going off topic
  22. Unfortunatly i dont know of anywhere that sells a kit i would use every part from. The KK one is about as good as they come though tbh. We only had to change a few parts from steve's kit if i remember correctly
  23. As i said to you before goodridge... you could go and buy the bearings/seals from your local bearing place but i guarentee you they will only be near enough.. which might be fine for industrial applications but not when rebuilding a g-lader... ONLY the best will do I have been known to reject whole batch's of FAG bearings before just because I dont like the look of them. There are also huge variations on APEX strips also some will cost you about £20 to buy but these will cost you your scrool in the long run as there actually a harder compisite then the ally/mag material the scrool is made from. If your going to buy a rebuild kit choose very carfully and dont scrimp on cost.
