    The thermoswitch is new. Ill check the wiring loom over the next couple of days. All fuses in the cooling ECU are fine. Am i right in thinking there is only type of stat avilable for my car. Its just i never had the 100 degrees on the motorway until the stat was changed when having a leak sorted. The fan problem has been on the go for a while...

    Thread Revival Time!!! Situation unchanged - no fans til 110 degrees and car sits at 100 dgrees on motorways and a bit less around the town, say 30 to 50mph. Have had recent new thermostat and radiator temp senser. Think ive got another coolant leak now but only happens everyonce in a while. Please can someone give me an idea firslt why im not getting the fans and secondly why it is running hotter at speed, water pump, radiator??? i feel like im chasing the ace here!!!!

    Ah, i used the part numbers from the Wiki, i assumed they were for a normal Lupo but i reckon now they are for the GTI..

    I have normal Lupo ones and they are nothing like th standard Corrado items and work so much better. I think we need some compaison pics as it dont think Lupo GTI and Lupo are different..

    As VR6 says it must be either the leads or plugs. Try pulling a plug out, turning it over and see if you have a spark..

    I think they work really well in the gun metal colour, i think too dark wouldnt have looked right... They make the speedies look a tad on the wimpy side.. What next then Rob??

    Try some silica gel crystals that you get in shoe boxes and such alike and air it whenever you can..

    I know there are a lot of us on here who spend ages looking for the quietest places to park at supermarkets etc... I think alot of my freinds think im daft for it but parking dings are a nightmere!!!!
