It was called VW Power or Power VW. I was over there at the end of September. It was a show report.
The mag is up in Durham and im down in pompey at the moment so i dont have any more details.
I think the cover car was the light blue MK1 which had a feature in Golf + recently.

Nice one JBOB, I saw this car at the Leeds Festival a little while ago and it looks great in the metal.
Recently i was in Belgium and had a peep at their version of Performance VW and there it was again.
Bit of an international star.

They will make them with or without writing, the piping, heel pads etc.
They made my storm ones up for me, took them a while as they werent a stocked item but they are really good.

Ian Birch did a twin Vr6 rallye many years ago now at Dubsport and it was corker.
Twin engines and turbos, must be mad!!

I got mine serviced at the dealer today, 200 notes for someone to change the oil, brake fluid and stamp the book, nice one!!
They also took great pleasure in informing me that the centre section of my exhaust is just about knackered to the tune of over £500.
Think it could be time to start reading through the exhaust sticky!!

What year is the car??
-
Sweet looking motor and refreshingly different.
Nice one.

Looking good. Is it pricey to get this sort of stuff done??

Looks very nice, tidy and got to agree that the paint is lovely.
Welcome.

Yeah they are, i think the more recent ones have a few extra functions on them now.
We generally use these or the BM80 if we need to put a voltage through something.
-
I sure you could wire in any kind of "buzzer" or "binger" to the circuit that you fancy
-
Just so all three services get a mention here these are used by the Navy also.
Theyve all recently been updated and are used in all ships, submarines and probably in quite a few matelots homes as well.
-
Just a suggestion but hows about having a sticky on this topic as it seems to be a commonly mentioned thing??
If people who had them were to post up info such as:
Where to get them from any how much.
How easy to fit, things to look out for.
Links to future group buys or people selling them on.
Those of us (like me) who want one could then ask till our hearts were content and keep it in one place.
What dyou reckon Mods??
-
If you have any joy with it stick up some pics and a how do.
Im sure id not be the only one whod be interested to have a peep.
-
