    As do i with my old Leon, it was unbelievable how little diesel it went through. When i had it it was under warranty, can imagine any probs after that would have been costly. Really enjoyed the car but it had no character in comparison to a Corrado!!

    Weve all be through these nightmere phases where the car eats the wallet. The next time you take it out on a open road you know itll be worth it. Chin up.

    The bird is nice, as is the old Camaro. The Americans seem to do a good job of spoiling muscle cars. Look at the GT40, mustang etc now, not as pretty as the golden oldie ones.

    There was never a cover over the wiper motor, only bit covered is the other side where the fan intake is. I think there is a group buy for an after market cover that goes across the car fully if you fancy something like that.

    Ive forgotten what program but not Top Gear. I was talking to him about it at the Leeds festival.

    Been on TV and now in a magazine, becoming a bit of Celeb. Nice one kip!!

    Good shout with the not jacking it up with the roof down. Shes done the deal and got one. Its the top spec with leather and all the rest of it, only a 1.6 though. If shes happy then ill let her get on with it.

    Fastest ive driven is my mates R33 Skyline GTR, its a monster, it makes my Vr6 look like a pedestrian. As for been in got to be a TVR Tuscan S, it accelerates so hard and just keeps going, not much on the road thatll out do it i reckon.

    Welcome to the forum freddy_t. Question 1, carry out a search, ive read about that hapenning to guys before. Question 2, 110 is nothing to worry about, itll get hotter than that if you cane it. Question 5, the accelerator pedal is stiff on them all. When i get in any other car i rev the ass off it because after the Rado i think its too light!! Im sure others will come to your rescue for the remianing questions. Good luck.

    Ive just booked mine in for a service at the dealers. With a tax disk and mot also needed it going to be a pricey month for me!!
