  1. Got mine from halfords. My hoses are original though not the smart looking samcos 8)
  2. Welldone on deciding to replace the clips on the hoses they come off easy but putting them back on is one pain in the arse (the old ones i mean)!!
  3. Once you get that crack pipe off mate its plain sailing then just make sure you do up the bolts to the correct torque and dont over tighten them otherwise you will crack the plastic!   4. Yeah i had the same ^^^ Used a drill bit with sandpaper on the end soon sorted that out!!
  5. I think its just the bottom arm of the thermostat housing that needs to come off so you can then remove the old crack pipe!!
  6. Take care when you are undoing the tiny screws that hold things on some of mine rounded off and they were an arse to get off!! And if your fitting a new crack pipe be prepared for a fight mine had corroded on and took a good hour to get off, had to dremmel the edge so the new one could fit in!!

  9. I used the bumper removal off the corrado club canada easy peasy 2 bolts on either side avoid the middle one http://www.corrado-club.ca/ click on technical help and then bumper removal !! Remember the rest is american so ignore some bits

  13. Typical go out for a drive with the girlfriend in her car and we get to buxton and a strange grinding noise from the front right wheel appears. We pull over at a petrol station thinking its a flat but all tyres were fine but still that grinding noise when we moved it. Decided on calling the AA and he tells us the driveshafts gone. Its at a garage now ready for monday morning but the question is where have people found the best place to get a new driveshaft is?? VW?? Never knew they could just go like that!! Jon
  14. Apparently on another thread this is the set up The thread is M12 x 1.5mm for 4 stud and M14 by 1.5mm for 5 (VR6)

  16. Right ive gone back to my standard alloys and im in the process of renewing the whole lot tyres, refurb and wheel bolts! But where can i get new wheel bolts for my corrado vr6 solitudes?? VW?? if so part numbers? Price?? Many thanks Jon
  17. Im interested as im sure my GF would be so id be interested in 2 please!! IMO the easier the better plug and play with the oem connecters sounds best to me!!

  20. Its finally out for the spring yeah!! Looking mint as always mate!! Im thinking of putting the solitudes back on it after i get them refurbed sick and tired of the potholes in this country its a joke!! Then get it lowered in the next couple of months!!
