Did that job twice last year not fun...are you repairing the foam that goes over the flaps, just noticed on your heaterbox the silver of the flap is showing ? Foam should cover that -

5.5 litres is the capacity, 6 litres is the capacity when completly drained ie when my engine was rebuilt it took 6 litres, oil change time and it took 5.5 litres

Has the abs light ever worked? Its just that my spoiler mech overloaded the circuit and blew fuse I think 16 or 20 that caused the abs light not to work and sunroof not to work. But yours might be wired differently. Might be worth going through each problem one at a time

Some Places can repair them alloys and road tax doesnt pay for repairs on the road the local council does

Haha yeah, i presume your putting the clips for the bottom of the door card on top of the membrane like the original membrane?

Cool mate, they should be the same size but as i said the holes for wires will be in different places.
