Theres 4 spades that need plugging into the pass side headlight plug(original one) and 1 on the drivers side

Have you double checked the wiring, what should come on on first click is the small little bulb and then on the second click the main bulb and the small bulb should stay on. I had problems with mine recently and it was corrosion on the relays cleaned up and all good.
