When looking at Fla's pics on the first page his came in a long box and the correct length and bends. If you put your own bends in theres going to be creases through the metal i know they are under the car out of sight but i want them to be right

Yeah been looking mate, prices seem to have inflated up to £30 on ebay which is a joke really considering its a used part

No noticed a bit of play in the mechanism and want a spare so i can build it all up with new parts, motor etc and then swap it straight on rather than pulling the one on the car out then realising i need a part and not being able to use the car x

Hi Fla Received my 2 sets of tank straps today and they are the wrong ones look like they are for a 50 litre tank picture below new ones top picture old ones bottom What should i do? Obviously some kind of mix up as i definitely ordered 70 litre ones Jon

Looks like a nice VR, I always liked watching people faces drop when I was 21 with a 2.9. Now im 28 everyones got a faster car than me now but mine still turns heads

The black cap removal is the hardest part after that remove fuel lines from top then lift top off reach inside and turn the pump anti clock wise and it should pop off the clips at the bottom of the tank. Remember to mark up where the top should sit so you know where things go when you put back together (take pics) Remove sender off old pump and transfer onto new one Replace in reverse ---------- Post added at 11:28 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:26 AM ---------- Also get some jubilee clips to replace the ones on the fuel lines (13-15mm should do)
