Well im off for 2 weeks from work so ive got loads of jobs to do to the corrado while im off. Today ive fitted my new aerial base and ive given the headlining a really good clean, 3 buckets of black water im hoping for no water marks when it dries fingers crossed anyway. Tomorrow im planning on either pulling out all the seat and cleaning all the carpets with a VAX and then treating the leather OR im going to install my brand new fogs and indicators that have been sitting in the wardrobe for a while now. Quick question though i bought some LAMIN-X a while ago to put on the fogs and indicators to protect against the pesky stone chips but is it worth the hassle of putting it on or should i just plonk them on?? Pics when i can be arsed as usual lol

The abs pump is the right part number fella can i confirm that this part is compete on it aswell its the metal part that pushes onto the abs pump (apparently its to do with EDL)? Pic below http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x2/kevhaywire/Img_0015.jpg

I'll pass on the ecu as it needs to end in E rather than C. But the pump might be a goer ill double check my pump when i get chance and let you know Cheers Jon

Did you manage to get the part numbers for the abs pump (should be same as all vr6 came with a 6 line pump) and ecu mate?

Yeah goes from abs ecu to abs pump and to the wheel sensors and to the fusebox and abs light

Have you got the ABS loom in complete uncut order??

Im interested and id prefer them to have the holes for the indicators. Like the idea of no rust

Spoiler, sunroof and abs light and possibly the glove box light run off that fuse

The thermostat was replaced with a VW genuine item when the engine was rebuilt, im with you on the fan switch on the radiator with the radiator not being a genuine item maybe theres a chance that the fan switch isnt genuine either. A job for when he gets the golf back i think as the raddo is his only tansport at the minute
