  1. Not Deloreans but Isuzu Impulses. I went with the 268/268 as I drive this everyday. I had race cams at one time and the idle was crap or set high.
  2. fairly easy with the right tools to replace all the mounts. Suggest doing them one at a time if you are not familiar. just do it.
  3. My sentiments exactly!!!! That has given me a headache just looking, let alone doing it!!! I'm the only one that uses the garage and know where everything is. So it is not as bad even though it is full of stuff, when summer comes around I put most of the stuff out on the driveway before working on the corrado. This is a complete build and I'm making the corrado to take the hard driving I do. So I need everything to be top notch here.
  4. first crank of the starter and she is alive. will need to ensure there is no intake leaks and it will need to get tuned and wheel alignment done. :notworthy:
  5. rebar was cut like this fogs with bumperskin fitted
  6. Women just do not understand. subframe brace powdercoated yellow to match the bilstein sports. nology wires and power core needs to breathe better with the 50mm intake 2.0 16V in and now for some schrick cams. no bootleg schricks here off with the intake mani off with the valve cover out comes the old cams
  7. can you tell me what these are then??
  8. I have owned like 5 MK2 sciroccos (slegatos, 8 valves, and 16 valves) and for some reason always have a love for them. In a stock flavor it still turns head especially the kid in the civic. first mods are suspension and strut braces. getting ready for the powertrain swap. 2.0L 16 valve and 2Y tranny before before after
  9. That kit is awesome and I have installed three kits on my corrado. One for the low beams, one for the high beams and one for the fog lights. Turns night driving to day. Best money spent at DDI. The owner Ahn from DDI guaranteed me that these are 100% waterproof and very high quality kits. So I decided to test them out myself by dropping the entire kit into a bucket of water to confirm his claims.
  10. I sent my charger to Kompressor Kanada for a complete rebuild and stage 4 upgrade. For my SNS stage 5 chip I made sure John Watts kept the rev limiter there even though he said he could eliminate it. Good luck finding a replacement mate
  11. going with a 65mm stage 4 charger engine is the same size 1.8 PG with some bigger pistons in place of the stock ones
  12. like you said these are REPS. maybe that is why they rust so quickly
  13. the one on the right here it is installed
  14. the fog light with the black trim is not a functioning fog light but a dummy.
  15. tried to buy or trade my vr6 dummies plus cash for vr6 fogs but no luck. so G60 fogs.
  16. I need functional foglights so in order to fit them you will need to cut the rebar. From G-60 to VR6 lights
  17. Complete rebuild with the addition of a Peloquin LSD.
  18. It starts and still runs but for my goals it was more economical for me to build up another PG in advance. It was leaking oil, dirty, and I did not want to have the rado inoperative for the time being. After swapping out the old PG powertrain from my corrado. Now it is time to say Bye Bye.
  19. If your fuel gauge acts funny or is completely empty at time and sometime full. This is maybe the cause of your problem like I had to diagnose on my sister's jetta. With the tank full it would sometime read full and parked on the driveway at a angle would read empty. I took out the pump like 3 times to ensure the float was not binding and everything. Outside of the tank the lever would work find when I moved it up and down but not once it was inside the tank. It was a cracked in tank sender. replaced a new one and works great now.
  20. Since the headlights on the jetta are really dim and weathered badly light output has diminished completely. so it was time to swap them out with some projectors and a HID kit for the low and fogs now. before removal of the headlight requires the complete bumper skin to be off to access two bolt at the bottom of the headlight. new headlight in
  21. no need to redrill front brake discs or hub spindles as they are readily available on the market from various sketchy reknown tuners like Bahn Brenner.
