That tag is interesting, will have a look at mine I’m sure I have read somewhere in my documents mine is Diamond Black I didn’t think it was a particularly rare colour either, my wife’s 2006 Seat actually has the same paint code which I find slightly annoying!! My last rado had LA9V Brilliant Black Met which I’m sure is rare now

Thanks Keyo, It’s LC9Z, mine was registered August 95 I would call mine Diamond Black Metallic but I think it’s the same as Black Magic which it’s sometimes known as ?

A good day had yesterday at the CCGB National Day, Donnington Park. Historic festival was being held, lots of lovely old race cars to watch and a good number of Corrado’s 8) 8)

Well almost a year since the last update but the C was taxed yesterday for this weekend and the CCGB national day at Donnington 8) The end of last year was busy with a house move so car stuff was put aside, hopefully will make up for it this year with lots of things planned. As far as the Corrado goes I picked up some new roof trims last year from Vw Heritage to replace the Karmanski ones They were fine but decided it would be nice to have the genuine trims while they were available. Today carried out an oil and filter change and check over for the forthcoming long drive. The car feels pretty good though it seems to have more rattles and creaks from the interior than it used to ! As mentioned we moved house and with that came a double garage which I love :) Still enjoying the M3 too which has had more use than the Corrado but glad to say the Corrado still feels special. The cars in their new home :)

I think the problem is that CCGB national day is on the day before and it has affected numbers Shame as I love Stanford but can’t do both National day looks a good day though at Donnington Historic Festival

Facebook and Photobucket haven’t helped for sure, it seems a lot of car forums are sadly going the same way, times change I’m not keen on Facebook either:(

You shouldn’t need any sealant on the flange, perhaps you have been sent the wrong seal ? that or there’s an issue with the radiator

I have recently bought some new gutter trims from Vw heritage so no longer need these They are the re production items from Karmanski fitted with the Oem ends They have been fitted to my car for around 3 years but as the car is always garaged they are still in excellent condition £75 posted

Did anyone watch this tonight ? I thought it was junk, the presenters had nothing interesting to say about any of the cars and the the values seemed way off ?? Rebecca is very pleasant though :) The Corrado looked a really nice example in Candy White and they said some nice things about it though it lost against the Lotus :(

Recommend JMR too :)

If it’s a sun roof cassette you have ready to bolt straight in then it’s at most a 3-4 hour job.
